Love this boutique barre studio in Redding!

I’ve been a member for a little over a month now, and I’ve got to say I’ve received so much more than I originally bargained for. What started as a potential way to receive a low impact workout to strengthen my back has turned into strength, flexibility, weight loss and a whole supportive fitness community! The owner Michele and her fabulous coaches are top notch! I’ve felt very welcomed from the beginning (and I can assure you I’m no barre expert). After a two week trial, I joined an upcoming bootcamp where I lost weight and won a team challenge! Having a partner for accountability and Michele providing so much in her check-ins with us 1:1 made it easy to stick with it. I have a new nutritional plan (that’s working!), a new fun workout and a lot more confidence moving forward. If you’re even thinking about checking it out, just do it. Best decision I’ve made (and continue to make) this year!

Michelle the owner is the most wonderful gal and the classes are for almost any level and she custom tailor some to the clients needs.

So almost anyone can participate and improve and see wonderful results.

So I’ve never seen anything like this and I have worked out in many gyms before it’s like a combination of the most loving excepting atmosphere with an extremely great work out and the ladies are always so friendly and welcoming.

There truly is nothing like this it’s well worth the money it is like you really look forward to being a part of it exercising seeing the ladies seeing Michele it is so positive for the body for the mind and for your well-being.

She has a two week starter invitational for just $29 and it is truly amazing it will transform your life and your body….

There is variety of classes available throughout the day and week that combine elements of ballet, yoga, cardio, dance, and weights that fit most any exercise level as well as time of day to attend. The instructors are encouraging, energetic and so very helpful. Due to the relatively "small" (my impression is never over 15-16, but usually closer to 10-11) the instructors are able to provide specifics about correct placement/movement for the best outco.e as well as to deter injury. The music is upbeat, of many genres and positive. The atmosphere is soothing, very clean, and inviting. The owner, Michelle, is genuinely interested in her clientele and very personable. I highly recommend her studio!!!

The BEST work out and most fun I’ve had in goodness knows how long! I work out every day, and have been to many Barre classes before, but this was both the most effective and the most intentional (in terms of how we stretched and WORKED every muscle from head to toe (!!)). I couldn’t believe how kind everyone is—literally the nicest people, from the owners to the teachers to the fellow students. Everyone should try a class—you won’t regret it!!—and you’ll support a wonderful business. 10 STARS!!!

This has been the best experience for me! Michele owner/instructor is just amazing! The BEST workout in a clean, friendly, safe place for everyone. The ladies are wonderful to workout with! This really is all ages 18 and over to some of us in our 50's and 60's... come check it out!!

Michelle and all the instructors are terrific. No matter what level you'll love their classes! Great location and very clean studio. Get in shape and have a great time doing it. 5 Star Studio! Highly Recommend!
