Love this local gem! I would highly recommend making this a stop. The gravy, green chili, coffee, all of it is excellent. The service was great and we will definitely be back.

My family and I were traveling to Denver. A 13 hour trip and wanted to find a close breakfast place. Billie’s popped up with 4.5 stars. This spot has great food and amazing customer service. We all left happy and with full belly’s. 5 stars all around.

Recently, I was in Brighton and we were looking for a place to have breakfast. That's when we discovered Billys Cafe. I must say that the breakfast we enjoyed there was exquisite, simply delicious.

The food is the same and good. Service was nice and the staff is really friendly. I really enjoy this place for a nice breakfast away from home. It was so good!! Nice fluffy doughy biscuits, perfect white sausage gravy. So hard to find now a days! Great cheese on eggs. Great service

Billy's in Brighton Colorado gets five stars across the board because of great service, great seating areas, great ambiance, great location to take your family, and great food! All five stars on everything. This is also a locally owned restaurant. I loved it! I went to breakfast on a Sunday with a friend. It was wonderful and I could see taking my children to this restaurant.

Home Town food. Their breakfast burrito is away awesome. Smothered in half country gravy, half green chili. I didn't expect such an odd combo to taste good but now I order it every time.

Their Stuffed French Toast is also really good.

Honestly, never had anything bad from there.

It costs about the same as Village Inn.

Delicious diner food! The staff was very helpful and friendly. We're visitors from out of town but will be back if the occasion arises.

Definitely on my list of places to go again. The half order of banana pecan stuffed French toast was more than enough food, and it was excellent.

Great experience! The skillet was amazing with hash browns as the waiter recommended (mexi style). Fried chicken dinner was also amazing! This is a time capsule throwback diner that does not disappoint!

We come here all the time. Food is always excellent and everyone is so friendly. A family owned restaurant with the family feel... there's nothing better than that.

Food was amazing! We loved the food and the atmosphere of the wait staff! They made sure to keep coffee hot and drinks filled. Asked about the food and made sure our experience was great. Will be back for sure!

New to us, trying for the first time. Despite the signs stating that they are understaffed, the service was AWESOME! The wait to get a table was very decent and from the time we ordered to the time we got our food was very acceptable. Lee who was our server was really polite and made sure to visit us during our wait to make we were good. All in all, the breakfast skillet I ordered was perfection! Potatoes were not hard or over cooked. Vegis were sauted so that it was not soggy but not to crunchy. Flavor explosion. And the bill was very well worth all of it.

Been here several times while in town and have yet to be disappointed. The service is always great have never had an empty cup or a dirty plate lying around. The food speaks for itself I've eaten quite a bit off of the menu and everything has come out as ordered every time. I will be a customer as long as I work up here.

Flew into Denver and stopped there for breakfast on our way to Boulder. They treated us as nice as the regulars and made us feel welcome the second we walked in, Lee our waiter was awesome, suggested a few things he was right on. The breakfast burrito smothered in country gravy was delicious and the chorizo and eggs were too. The bacon was cooked perfect and a generous portion. My coffee cup never was more than half empty before a refill with a smile.

Ordered before work service was excellent and fast. I got stuffed French toast, fried potatoes, a fried egg and green chili all great. Would recommend great breakfast

My family has been coming to Billie’s for years. We adore the staff and love the food. Always consistent. Thank you, Hue, Liz, Lee, Denise, and Sherry! They make an amazing team.

Service was the best! Food was great and reasonably priced.
