HealthSport Eureka

Absolutely love this gym and have gotten to the point where I spend at least three hours at a time here. I've see nothing but gains since coming here and the staff is very respectful and mindful. The other gym goers are too, very nice and it's a very positive and healthy atmosphere.

Passing through and snagged a day pass, $25. The employees and trainers were really nice. 2 squat racks and a smith machine, lots of cables, dumbbells up to 120 and a plenty of benches. Plenty of cardio machines and whatnot as well. The changing room was really nice and had access to the pool.

I am super grateful for Eureka Healthsport. From the moment you walk in you are greated by friendly staff and they have so much knowledge to offer. I have a kid in swim lessons and he has made strides in the water. His instructor Jasmine has made him more confident and skillful in swimming. All of their personal trainers have been helpful and knowledgeable. I super appreciate the cleanliness in the locker room. Plus, all the classes that come with my membership are a bonus. I can't wait to try more of them. This gym has so much to offer!!!

I've been a regular member for several years and look forward to coming here almost every day! I appreciate the lovely, friendly staff. It provides a positive environment with good vibes. I love sauna and it has all the equipment I need.

The facility has everything I need, is clean and the staff is pleasant and friendly. I'm working to get back in shape and everyone has been great helping me work towards my goals. I want to give a shout out to Nate and Sam. Both were extremely helpful and dedicated working thru an issue I had. They were pleasant and kind and kept at it to resolve it to all's satisfaction. Thanks all!

Clean facilities, helpful staff. I like the pool a lot and the jacuzzi is great! Plenty of clean lockers in good shape. I've only gone mid-morning or mid-afternoon, and the weights/cardio area is not at all crowded then.

Eureka has a great Silver Sneakers class. There's a good pool and hot tub. I like taking Grandkids swimming there. The massage by massage therapist Erica is great!

Healthsport has what I need to stay in shape, the front desk staff and trainers are very polite and always helpful. They remember who you are and ask about your day, they make you feel welcome.

I’ve been training with Jacob for about 4 months now. Having his expertise and guidance with my workouts and nutrition, in my corner, has helped me improve my life greatly. Improving my diet and the inefficiencies in my workouts has helped me be more productive in my business, have more energy throughout the day with no caffeine, and have more self-confidence when I’m out in public. He’s also, not a bad therapist!

I personally think Healthsport is the best gym in Eureka because they have lots of options such as workout equipments, classes, etc. Frankly the only thing that I would recommend for changes would be having either a muay tai or kickboxing class included as a class session and hopefully that would happen when either COVID-19 ends or when the owners have enough money to invest that time to include as an option of one of the workout classes. For those of people from Eureka that want to get into shape, then I personally would recommend Healthsport as long as you're able invest time, money and effort into staying fit. The instructors, trainers, and pretty much everybody else working in that facility are actually nice people. Highly professional and good people to help you motivate yourself through a good, intense workout. Honestly, on a 1-10 scale I'd be giving it either an 8 in a half or 9 in terms of rating this place. I love this facility. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. It’s clean and offers awesome classes and many other things.

I have been coming to this gym for over 3 years and I love it! The staff from the personal trainers, kids korner, and front desk always are upbeat, knowledgeable, and friendly! My son loves the childcare and it allows me some me time. While the cost of membership and services may seem high I can assure you the experience is worth it.

The Yoga classes got me over my depression that medicine and doctors were unable to successfully treat. The sauna and hot tub allow me to loosen up after pounding the weights and cardio which are grade A and professional environment. Aerobics class get my heart working better than my time as a cross country and high school soccer player. The classes pool and spa make this professional gym worth it especially if you pair with your gym minded family.

A great gym. Lots of wonderful people. I have the Gold membership I can visit all the locations with it. A huge variety of classes and good equipment. An abundance of dance and yoga classes. I have been a member most of the time since 2001.

This place is great! They have grade A equipment and weights that are all well maintained and clean. There is also a juice bar for post workout shakes, showers and an indoor pool/spa combo for all you swimmers. The only drawback is the price... It's really expensive, even for a gym.

Best Gym I've been to in the north state. It's clean always, with a friendly non elitist clientele.
It can get pretty crowded at some times and is often busy at rush hours but other than that its a great place.

I have been a HS member for 6+ years & have found the Myrtle St site to be great gym, with a wonderful pool & hot tub! Also, wonderful staff & personal trainers. And, when there is a perceived issue, head are willing to genuinely listen and help find mutual solutions. Also, l love that they accept & support Silver Sneakers - something l have appreciated this past 1-1/2 years, while on a more limited income!

What can I say I really love healthsport in Eureka. I got the 10 day trial membership and I probably used it 8 or 9 of those days great place to work out. They have a nice sauna, and they got a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi right next to the swimming pool and it's all indoors too. I'm probably going to join pretty soon.

Maybe it's me, but one of the reasons why I was hesitant to do the gym scene is worried about others being judge mental of where I am. But not at all! I go week days during lunch, and everyone is at different levels. And I don't see the cliché thing of people taking selfies to show off they are at the gym. People are there to get fit, not show off. :)
I'm glad I signed up to join this gym and begin the journey to take better care of my body.
