Top quality shoes and service. I was offered an analysis of my running and was treated with much respect. Many shoes styles were presented to choose from and I was also told about online options for additional colors. Every detail was addressed with professionalism. Most importantly, I was treated with understanding and compassion, as I was returning to running after a 5-year break. I am excited to return for my next pair of running shoes!

Even though the place was busy with eager patrons looking for new shoes, Hope kindly greeted us, took our names and let us know that someone would be with us shortly. Hope turned out to be the one helping us and she took the time to hear what I was looking for and suggested some great shoes and I was trying several on in no time. We talked about the features and my like and dislikes on them. She helped me decide on the best one for me and also reminded me of my VIP membership that I had 90 days to fully test them out. Road Robbery is my go to place for all types of athletic shoes and they have never disappointed me with the quality of shoes offered and also with their staff.

Such a great experience at Roadrunner. Our guy was very patient and so nice. He helped my mom who is elderly. Laced up her shoes and ran back a couple of times to find the perfect shoes for her. Will definitely be returning.

Store was very busy, and I was told it would be about 20 minutes before I could be helped. I waited a few minutes,
then Beau offered to work with 2 of us customers at the same time, flawlessly, I might add, and I was successfully out of the store in 30 minutes with my purchases. Been a member for 7 years and now live out of state from where I purchased the membership, but visit the store every time I get back to CO.

Please put a store in Sacramento!

I went in and wasn't sure what to expect. I'm a big guy. (Over weight) and didn't want to deal with some little dude running his mouth, but I was pleasantly surprised. The guy was very supportive of the goal I set for myself, and after doing the fit finder. He pulled 6 different pairs of shoes. We found a great pair and set me up with molded insoles.

Ms. Torres is very helpful and courteous. Nice store. Sooner or later, I will find out if my walking sneakers are any good. Update.. I had to return shoes and the service John gave me was exceptional. As a senior service means everything to me. Great store!

Went searching for travel sneakers and tried on many. Ended up with Hokas which are fine shoes but rubbed my foot wrong. Brought them back and after more trying on found a great pair of New Balance. Staff is always friendly, helpful, and most importantly, knowledgeable.

I just love this location of Road Runner. They are always so helpful and really seem to care about getting you a shoe that fits right and accommodates your needs. The associate that helped me, I believe her name was Hope, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! They took the time to help me with a custom fit and made sure I had the right shoes for me. Turns out there is a lot I didn't know about shoes, and they were happy to explain everything to me. The prices were also much more reasonable than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised when my salesman told me the price of the shoes I wanted to buy.

I recently came into the store & purchased a pair of shoes. Nicole was very patient and helpful. Her knowledge helped me pick out just the right pair for me.

1.22.2024 This is a new review but it still came up as part of the old one. The service and quality is consistently amazing! I bought a new pair of Hoka's and a new pair of insoles that are custom made to my feet every single year. I went to the store in Westminster and Beau assisted me. I needed a lot of assistance this time. Because the shoes that I normally get are no longer available so I had to struggle to figure out a new type of shoe and so we went over many styles of Hoka to ensure that I was getting the right fit and style He was great he did not get frustrated with all of my questions and the assistance that I needed He even truly sounded like he knew what he was talking about which was great because I didn't lol I needed him for everything but he was such a great salesman and customer service so if you go there look for Beau!

This store did a fabulous job helping my daughter find the shoes she needed to continue her marathon training. They surprised her with a color selection that was the icing on the cake. Thank you!

I originally came because I was in need of some shoes for walking and they sold both brands I had been looking at. I was immediately intimidated when I walked in because I am not a runner. Justin greeted me just moments after I walked in and quickly eased my nerves. He helped me get my fit check completed and insoles shaped and I started trying on shoes. I walked away with shoes, insoles, and a VIP membership. I have been wearing my shoes for less than a week and I already feel a difference in my plantar fasciitis. Hope was awesome. Even though the store was really busy, she took the time with us, juggling other customers, gave great recommendations, was prompt with getting shoes, kind, considerate, and constant. She was very knowledgeable of each shoe and you could tell loved what she does. This is my sons second pair of cross country shoes and we will definitely be back.
