Best place I have found for cricut supplies! They always have a very wide selection of vinyl, as well as project blanks. Awesome sales too!

The associates are always friendly and willing to help to the extent of their knowledge, and the store is clean and well-stocked.

Always had good experiences at this store. They don't have self check out at this store yet, so be prepared to check out with a cashier. The selections are always good and well stocked. They put their seasonal products out in a timely fashion.

I am a professional artist so I’m here a lot… they have competitive pricing and usually some kind of 20% off coupon as well as being stocked with what I need. Just got buy one get one half off my favorite Golden paints and some brushes too!!

They were fantastic. They helped me frame a piece of art. I have a wide accessory of things. We refused to shop at hobby lobby because of their extreme fundamentalism and attack on human rights. Michael’s is a great alternative.

I had an issue when trying to use a gift card I had, so I paid with my credit card after the cashier tried multiple times (I didn’t want to hold the line up any longer). I verified the balance again after leaving the store and after filling out a survey, the Manager, Greg called me back and made it right for me. I just wanted to write a review about my framing experience. I picked it up earlier today, and the wonderful gal I worked with was busy with another framing order, so I let her work in peace. But I regret not giving her another "thank you". She really was amazing.

She gave me 2 drastically different, absolutely flattering framing options for a very abstract piece of art. While the 1st option was a gorgeous, "sure bet"; her second recommendation was brilliant, less obvious, and totally captured the artwork -and the mood!- much affectionately (in my option. I'm definitely not bragging, but I went to art school {who hasn't?}, and she was speaking my LANGUAGE). If I get another important print soon, I will rush immediately to the store and demand her (vs. saving up the cash, first). Her name is Kenna, and she deserves a RAISE. I'm the signed Lorde print, thank you for capturing it for me.

The last handling the picture framing went above and beyond handling our request. My wife had won a large printed photograph and we went in for a picture frame. The Lady that was handling it helped us find a frame, mounted the photo in the frame, put wire on it, just a really fantastic experience. This was after getting almost completely ignored from the joann fabrics 2.1 miss away. Great job Michael's!!!!!

I have used this location for framing services several times before and have never been disappointed with the results. Can be pricey-just wait until there are 70% off coupons.

Popped in for some last-minute birthday presents for my niece and found more than what we were looking for. Their stock was great, the staff was helpful, and the prices were right. Don't forget Michael's for your crafting needs.

Got a print custom framed here. The framers are amazing, worked with me to find the perfect frame and mattes with great colors and textures that just enhance the picture so much. If you're looking for a professional framing job look no further. Shout out to Kenna who helped me so much when choosing what options to go with, she's awesome.

This store is my crack!!! Everyone here is always so nice and helpful, and Brittany is amazing! (I think she’s a manager?) I will never get tired of coming here- I obviously love the products and shopping, but I can’t rave enough about the employees! They always make sure you get the best deals/ coupons too :)

A little hectic because it was after the holidays, but overall the visit wasn't bad. The staff their is very helpful and easy to talk to. The only complaint I might have is that they didn't have the product they said they had on their site, but it's kinda like that with all stores so yeah.

Nice selection for a smaller sized location. Great customer service, polite and patient. Parking can be a hassle. They have some Jewish holiday items, which was pleasant to see. Maybe Kwanzaa next year, Michael's?

This store is excellent, organized, clean, and has the kindest employees! There is a closer Michaels where we live in Arvada, but we drive to this location in Walnut Creek because of the incredible service and selection at this store. Also, we love the grab bags!

My husband and I love this store, especially around Halloween when they come out with some fun spooky dark decor. They have great deals (better than JoAnn's), and they are flexible with coupons (within reason). I also shop at this Michaels for art supplies and various craft materials. Great selection, well organized, clean, the staff is friendly and energetic too.

This Michaels always has a good selection and we enjoy shopping here! I was particularly won over this last visit when my three year old dropped and broke a glass ornament in the store. We quickly told someone what had happened and two ladies came over to help clean up. They were both incredibly gracious and did not make us feel at all bad about the incident reminding my kiddo that accidents happen! They exceeded all expectations in my book!
