My wife and I stopped in a couple of nights ago. It was about 7:30, about 30 minutes before they closed. The store was well stocked and had a great selection but the most impressive thing was the friendly staff. Nate provided excellent customer service and also was very kind and helpful. I had left my coat which also had my phone zipped up in the pocket and did not realize till I got home that I didn't have either one. I called and he had put it back in the office for holding. We were able to make it back up there before they left. Just want to say Thanks for the extraordinary service. :)

Lots of styles and great buy one get one 50% off sale can mix and match. I got a pair of steel toe work boots and some shoes. And save about $65. Stall is super helpful and very nice!

Bought a pair of work shoes online for curbside pick up, but order was cancelled as item listed out of stock. The gentleman looked up my order and found the shoe I wanted in a back room. Meanwhile… I ended up trying on multiple shoes and changing my mind every two minutes. The gentleman who helped me was extremely accommodating, kind, and courteous. I ended up happier with a totally different shoe, but he even matched the online promo code from my original (cancelled) purchase. He even gave me a stack of coupons to take to co-workers. Awesome page to buy Skechers. They have so many! I was able to easily get some steel toe boots for work and a pair a casual slip ons. The star was very friendly and helpful.

Clean, well-organized store. Staff very helpful. I needed to exchange a pair purchased at another location a week ago...bought wrong size. Did not want to drive the distance to the original store. Called this location last evening. They had one pair in my size and color. It was aet aside for me. Went there this a.m. and it was a quick transaction. The young woman even double-checked that the size listed on the box was, indeed, the size of the actual replacement. I am pleased.

Such kind workers at this location! Odyssey definitely knows how to provide 5 star customer excellence. The other locations are seriously lacking. I’ve been to all the other locations in the denver area and this one is by far the most consistent when it comes to customer service and products. Plus the discounts of this warehouse outlet don’t hurt!

Great selection. I love sketchers! My hubby and I came in here crunched for time. I asked for assistance right when I walked in. I told the employer I had been looking online and thought I knew what I wanted. I gave a quick description of my foot, an injury I’m recovering from, and the type of activities I’d be doing. She told me the shoe I thought I wanted wasn’t the right one. She showed me three others even though they were at a lower price and I just love them. I can’t take them off. We were also in and out with time to spare.

Employee, Oddicey, was amazing! I had been running around looking for a specific boot for my mom and her store was the 3rd location visited. I started at one location and they had the boot but not the size, that great associate referred me to Flatiron mall for the size, I get to Flatiron and the price difference is $30. I told the Flatiron associate, and nothing not even a price match. I drive to this location and Oddicey went above and beyond to help me find the size. Not only did she find the size, back at Flatiron, she offered a discount for my troubles as I ended up driving back to Flatiron to obtain the boot that was left there due to lack of help from the Flatiron associate. Thank you Oddicey!!

My kids love Skechers but this review is about my family's experience in this specific store. The manager Steve has been extremely helpful once finding a pair of discontinued shoes my son wanted at a store in San Diego and having them shipped to us. He remembers my son now and is so nice. Store has good selection and is very clean.

There are some really patient and sweet workers there and the manger is pleasant as well! The deals there are also amazing so it’s easy to find a good pair of affordable shoes. I’d definitely recommend this for anyone looking for good shoes and pretty good service.

I would like to recognize the manager and crew of this sketchers store. They have exceptional customer service. I went in To this location in desperate need of shoes to help with my Planter fasciatus and Achilles Tendinitis. I thought I found the right shoe but after wearing them for A-day I realized the shoes didn't fit tight enoigh to help my foot pain. They went above and beyond and set policy aside to let me get I half a size smaller to help my feet. I could not be more grateful. To the sketchers crew and manager in Westminster promenade thank you so much. You truly Made my day .

Tons of choices, frequent bogos. I stand all day for work, I went in for a pair of boots a year ago and half ago and now I buy all of my shoes here. They're so comfortable and durable, you can't go wrong.

Great selection of shoes. Skechers used to be solely focused on kids shoes but now have a variety of really smart shoes for adults too. I've been coming to Skechers for a couple of years now and the quality has been excellent so far. That and they always have a sale going and you can't go wrong.

Friendly staff. Found exactly what i was looking for. Great works shies nd home shoes. A bit pricey but i got everything i needed.
