NSFIT has the best equipment. They have rooms in which to do other training. I enjoy practicing Martial Arts in the wrestling room and yoga rooms. They have very professional and knowledgeable staff. Redding 's best gym by far!

Had the pleasure of doing a free Personal Training Class with Alvaro at NsFit in Redding and it was so much fun! He created fun and new workouts that definitely had me sore the next day. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking to make a health change!

Large wide open gym. The staff are always nice and greet you with a smile. The equipment is in good condition and modern. Locker rooms, bathrooms and showers are well maintained. Also, the members are all kind and encouraging. It's a very positive environment. I have gone to a handful of gyms in the Redding area, and NSFIT is my favorite.

Not only a beautiful gym, but they have caring and compassionate management too. I was going to purchase a day pass to work out with my dad who I was visiting after the loss of his wife. The manager found out and let me workout free of charge. Thank you for that. I was very impressed by the amount of options in this location. This gym has a better selection of machines than most that I've been in. I'll definitely be coming back every time I visit my dad.

Best gym in Redding. Coming from my home gym to a couple other gyms and then finding this one was amazing. It really transformed my body. The employees are so positive and always welcome you in and say have a great day when you leave. The people working out there are also very nice, never had an issue with anyone there. Would recommend to everyone.

Nsfit is a good gym to workout. They have a good layout, variety of free weights and machines. It has a great atmosphere, helpful staff and trainers(especially Tyler!) I would recommend this gym to friends or family. You won’t be disappointed to join this gym.

I love the large open area and the variety of equipment. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Eric, Michelle, Maddie, Noah, Chris, and the entire staff are wonderful.

I love the energy and the people at this gym! The club manager right down to the maintenance person are some of the coolest most personable people you will ever meet in Redding! Thanks so much you guys cant wait to see you guys soon!

Well maintained equipment. Huge variety of weight machines, bicycles, treadmills etc.
Great location with friendly folks. I love that they take Silver Sneakers insurance.

I thoroughly enjoy coming to this establishment. Friendly staff, clean equipment and great Atmosphere. Hours accommodate my needs and I'm satisfied with my overall experience with NSFit!

I love this gym! There's lots of space to get a solid workout in, and plenty of equipment for full body workouts

The manager Eric makes this gym a pleasure to train in. Since his arrival, issues are addressed promptly. the gym is always clean, equipment is quickly repaired when needed. The members are friendly and courteous to work out around.

I have been a member at NS Fit since 2020. I’ve been to different gyms but I have never had such a great gym experience like this. The gym itself is huge. There’s plenty of space in between the equipment. You never feel like your squished right next to someone. There’s also a large quantity and variety of equipment. They also offer classes like spinning which are great. The staff is also super friendly and feels like a small community of gym-goers. The gym is clean and strives to keep it that way. I really enjoy NS Fit and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get into working out or for that person looking to switch gyms. Talk to Eric when you sign up. He is a great help! Thank you!!

i enjoy being a member at this gym. The areas are open and clean with plenty of equipment i need to lift. the staff is friendly. they offer towels and spray bottles to clean prior to and after lifting, and also keep the bathrooms clean as well.

other gym members are polite and there aren't too many issues with sharing equipment or re-racking weights. people don't butt into your workouts and aren't rude.

i just wish it were twenty-four hours!

As a newbie, must admit, everyone is helpful, friendly, and happy to be working at NSFit....crazy huh...
Had an orientation with Darek. We clicked once we were able to really speak with one another. Being EX military helps. Opportunities come handy here.
The gym has WIDE OPEN space, so no anxiety!

Now the gym is 5 stars for what it is and it's treated me well. It's a bargain commercial gym cant expect it to be to be filled with top of the line equipment. The equipment is built to last though the plates and bars are generic and stiff but it's a commercial gym its expected. It has a lot of space and equipment for the price. I'm a 6'3 370lb competitve strongman and I can easily get my work out here besides strongman specific exercises of course. Now because of the price theres a decent amount of members but I've never been in there to where it was so packed I couldn't get what I needed done you'll get annoyed because the plates don't get organized but for $25 a month who cares. My only complaint is that it needs some new cable attachments, not a lot of variety.

Such a great gym. The equipment is the top of the line and the staff is the best. Always there to help and keeping everything in the best working condition. The Personal Trainers are very knowledgeable and go way beyond to help you reach your personal goals. Would recommend NSFIT to everyone.
