Sprinter of Westminster

We have our Winnebago View RV (Mercedes 2500 Sprinter chassis) serviced at Sprinter of Westminster. Steve is our go to guy when it comes to our 3500 Sprinter. The service has been excellent and we are very pleased with the excellent support. They check the Service Bulletins and complete the work in a timely manner. Please know that it is important to schedule as far ahead as possible since everyone is stretched these days.

Great service on my RV, professional staff, efficient and I didn't have to wait for the appointment.

Made an appointment on a Monday due to a recall, told us it would be a couple days. Got a notification that they hadn’t even started working on it until a couple days later, and didn’t get finished until over a week later. Expect to not have your vehicle for awhile if they are servicing it.

Purchased 1 Sprinter here and the service was absolutely the worst. Got a $1500 estimate to replace a power steering pump and it turned out that my local mechanic just tightened a clamp and it fixed the leak. Beware.

I just can’t get over how badly the service is here. After trying again and again for 5 years I’ve never once been treated like I care. Please find a better place to service your vehicle. Maybe they’ll notice.
