Ordered delivery on a cold day, but food was still hot when it arrived. The hamburger was a true gourmet type hamburger and delicious. And the fries were FABULOUS, the best fries I have had in a very long time! My only complaint was that they were a little too salty, but that wasn't much of an issue when they were as great as they are! They cost about twice as much as other fast food fries but you get at least twice as much, and the quality is 10 times better! HIGHLY recommend!!

Five-star experience at this establishment! Exceptional flavors, juicy patties, and a diverse menu. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment. Definitely a must-try for burger enthusiasts

I had been craving a good juicy cheeseburger. I stopped in and ordered one. Holy cow, was i surprised. It was definitely very juicy. The cheese was melted. The beef tasted like beef should!!! Everything was fresh. made it the way i wanted.
Most definitely going back. Oh ya, the French fries are to die for 💞

Prices are a little high compared to some other hamburger places in town but in my opinion the price is totally worth it because the food is amazing and their service is pretty on point too

Great burger place. I think a full meal is going to cost you around $20. I walked in and was greeted cheerfully by the staff. They were patient while I was deciding on my toppings. Burger (bacon burger, no cheese) came out quickly, exactly as ordered. The bun was soft and delicious, nice toasting on the inside. Fries... were amazing and came in a very generous serving. Very pleasant and clean inside. My belly was full and very happy.

This is the best Five Guys store that I ever ate. It taste way better than any other store I tasted. The manager has worked here for more than 8 years, no doubt this store is the best and worth a visit!

I go to 5 guys just for the Fries. Could be the best "Fast Food Fries" (FFF), in all of Redding: 10/10.

Manager answered the phone helped me with a little complicated order and another guy came out to my truck for curbside and I never had to get my sleeping baby out of the truck. Phenomenal service! Much appreciated

The burger is always juicy, never dry. And you can add approximately 10 items for free. There's a bunch of other items that you pay for if you want to add them. Just like the burger, the fries are made fresh when you order so they're good and hot and always taste great.

Customizable burgers. Good for people who like to tell exactly what goes on the burger Instead of adding or removing from a standard burger. Big helping of fresh French fries and a decent selection of shake mix in flavors. I personally like peanut butter and oreo cookie.

These guys are awesome the staff was so helpful and they have the best milkshakes. Please visit please. So good.

This place is ALWAYS good! Never have I had a bad experience! There never is a line when I go and I don’t know why the food here is so good. I feel the prices reflect the quality and excellent customer service this particular Five Guys provides! I will always come back for a great burger, some delicious Cajun fries, and a Lime Coke! *Hint* if ordering for two people just order a regular size fry it will be plenty for you both!

This place is good. Service is great, employees are great, and the food is delicious. You choose what size burger you want, and almost all the add-ons are "free". I say "free", because the prices are pretty steep. 10-12$ for the burgers, fries are not included. A large order of fries is 8$. That's not a typo. Although, the servings are immense.

I like going here, but it's a rare treat, due to the price. Before covid, you were able to get as much roasted peanuts as you want, though. I assume it will get back to that way eventually.

I've eaten at this location several times and they've never disappointed. Tonight however I unfortunately had to come in only a few minutes before closing and unlike other restaurants in town they made sure I felt welcome and were happy to serve me even so close to closing. I won't be cutting it this close again, but will absolutely be coming back here as my first choice dinner from now on. Thank you FiveGuys team!
