4 years ago I walked in and the owner guessed my shoe size just by looking not measuring. The boots he sold me lasted 3 years of heavy abuse 5 days a week. I recently went back in and a young man helped me get new boots which are now broken in and I love them. These people know what they are doing.

Have foot issues from military service the VA prescribed me orthotic shoes and insoles. I chose to use Shasta Boot, I have had amazing service from them in the past. I went in get fitted my feet haven’t felt so good in years. I highly recommend Shasta Boot, very professional and highly knowledgeable, plus they are a local business.

This is a good place to get your boots repaired. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Had some boots stretched and had the soles repaired in some others.

I had some leather shoes that were about a half-size too small. Shasta Boot Company stretched them for me and did a great job. I plan to wear these on an upcoming trip to Israel and they will be very comfortable.

My husband called to have his boots repaired and they had the machine taken apart, my husband needed his boots for the next day and they insisted they’d put the machine back together and to bring them in. We showed up expecting atleast a 30 min wait and they were done in less than 10 minutes and better than ever!! I highly recommend this boot store & my husband refuses to go anywhere else! Worth every penny with customer service like this!👍🏻

I came down from sacramento to test fit a pair of nicks and the experience over the phone to in person was nothing short of amazing. The owner and his wife set aside the pair and size I thought would work and made sure the boots fit right and would work out for me. The owner is beyond knowledgeable and kind and courteous. I would not hesitate to make the 3 hour drive again to buy a pair of boots from Shasta boot company. If your even hesitating of coming and checking out this shop look no further. Drove from Chico to here, got a nice pair of kennetreks for fire season later in the year. They're very professional and were extremely helpful since I've never purchased a pair of wildland firefighting boots before.

Great place for work boots. The staff is top notch. They also do resoles on boots. They take the time to properly measure your foot to find a boot that fits properly. My Danners are more comfortable than my everyday shoes.

what a great local company. Have always bought my boots here, and had all repairs done. Today swung by for a new set, owner took the time to form me some inserts for my new pair, sew my danners up for no charge. love shasta boot.

After receiving poor service at a national chain store. I went to Shasta Boot Company. This was my first time doing business with them. They are clearly experts. They knew their product, which was the same brand I considered at the chain store, so much better than the staff there did. I was properly sized and fitted. I left with great boots, great care instructions and absolute confidence in the product and fit. I received old school excellent customer service. As for cost, they were the same price as the chain place. Skip the chain retailers and go the this local expert.

I tried on multiple pairs of boots, the customer service was fantastic. I bought a new pair of boots and they even suggested what I could do with my old boots to get more use out of them. this is a true work boot provider.

This is the best place to get work boots. They know their stuff. Unlike work world which is good but work world seems to have cashiers and not real knowledgeable staff. I went in one time to Shasta Boot Co. and the worker could tell things like how spaced apart the gap was between the laces on my boots and recommended to try a different width. I never know this is things to see in fitting your self with work boots. They were friendly and helpful.

Fun,friendly staff, great work boots, and work clothing.

We were traveling through town and Googled boot shops and Shasta Boot came up. We went by and they were so helpful. My husband ended up ordering a pair of work shoes they didn't have in stock. Shasta Boot ordered them and had the the boots sent of our home. Wonderful service and wonderful people.
