I rarely share reviews. However, both Melanie & Ashley persevered & worked extremely hard to find commercial insurance for us after the company we had been with for a decade pulled out of California. For the first time in our 54 years in business, we were faced with no insurance & no one willing to continue to work to try to find coverage for us. I can't thank these two hard-working ladies & company enough for coming through for us. They now have lifelong customers. We will also ask them about all our insurance needs!

Having worked with both Melanie and Betsy, its clear these girls know their stuff! We have our business insurance through them and they have always gone above and beyond to reach out with any changes, issues, or adjustments that may effect us. 5 star team!

Where do I begin to rave about the amazing service from Farmers Insurance? I will start at the beginning. Early April, 2020 we noticed a warm place on our kitchen floor. We called our agent, Melanie Vincent, who sent the ServPro team out. At first they did not find a problem but agreed the floor was warm. A few days later, water started coming up through our hardwood floors. ServPro came out again and agreed there was a significant problem. Immediately, we were given a contact to help us navigate this process, Jacob Manty, which was HUGE. The floors and carpeting were pulled up by the ServPro team and did a great job. Then our contact from Farmers, Jacob Manty, arranged for American Leak Detectors to come out on a Saturday to detect and make repairs. They found the leak, jackhammered to the exact spot, repaired the leak and poured concrete back to complete the job. Farmers allowed me to be the general contractor and I found a less expensive flooring that I preferred. I hired Factory Flooring of Redding to do the repairs to the concrete slam and lay the flooring. They were on time and so amazing, just as was Farmers. I must add that Jacob was in constant communication with me for every need. Our insurance agent, Melanie, had made sure we were fully covered and so when this claim happened, Jacob took care of every detail. There were times I was overwhelmed as all of this happened during the COVID crisis. Jacob talked me off the ledge, a few times, and met needs before I even knew I had them. The entire team of Farmers Insurance was so fabulous. I wish there was a way to thank each of them. What a great company! We made the right choice going with Farmers many years ago and have never been disappointed. To Melanie and to Jacob...BRAVO!!! I cannot thank you enough for your care of us during this time. I will continue to refer friends to Farmers!

These gals are wonderful! It's just two young ladies in the office, and they're very down to earth. Also very helpful, I came in to get a quote on some auto insurance and ended up getting both renters AND auto insurance for less than what I was paying for just auto at State Farm. 10/10 recommend
