Veronica was one of the only staff members to greet me and ask if I needed help. She helped me sign up for rewards and was just overall very kind. She deserves the recognition for being awesome!

we always have a good time shopping at Macy's, most of the time we can find what we need and the staff is normally nice, once in a while there is someone with a bad attitude but Normally they are good, I think the prices are fair for the quality of the products they sell.

Men's Clothing Customer Service Excellent! Bought a suit & vest for my daughters wedding. Nice selection at competitive price point. Mr Keith was my primary advisor in clothes fit and consulted on clothing insight including details such as you don't button all the buttons - esp never the bottom button! (did not know). Later Mr Brian provided assistance including technical details such as fitted-athletic-regular cut definition and helped on mail order to procure the exact shirt. They made a stressful experience cool. Thanks!

Didn't know they had ToysRus in there til I went for a walk one day, pretty cool very nice store.

Went to Lense Crafters inside Macy's. They replaced my damaged frames at no cost. They were just out of year replacement warranty.

Paula in the jewelry department was very helpful in helping me pick the perfect gift for my husband. She took the time to show me multiple items, never rushed me, and was just overall a great sales person. There were a lot of people in as it was the week before Christmas, yet she kept thanking everybody for their time, patience, and did everything with a smile while staying cool, calm, and collected. Will be back!

They're back! I walked in and couldn't believe my eyes - beautiful quality clothing, racks well stocked, and classy! Plus, great pricing. Great job Macy's on turning it around!

I like this store very much, nice fashions for every age. Staff very helpful, l recommend Macy's much nicer place to shop than Kohls and quality of merchandise much much better.

Picked up some great fragrances here

One of the biggest locations in the Denver area, this Macy's has a lot to offer. Just have to be smart and shop the sales! They always have something going on, so you'll never be out of luck. The bedding area upstairs was especially helpful in not only finding what I needed, but in helping me carry my packages to my vehicle.

I found the dress of the century! The store doesn't have it they will order it for you. The gentleman who helped me was very kind. I like the atmosphere and the easy access. This is a great mall and Macy's is a staple. They always help me find a coupon also they recognize Shoppers who actually still come into stores and don't just order things offline. Thank you very kindly!

Customer service is always great. This time they were willing to adjust price on a items because of some tag issue and still ok honor the 25% discount on the rack. They are always willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer at Macy's

The guy behind perfume counter in the suit was really good. He calmed a customer down while helping three other people at same time. Super respectful and polite about it and he helped me! I didn't get a chance to compliment him on the show. My hat is off to him. He was very smooth. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!
