Kohl's

Appreciate Kohl's acknowledging my military service with an extra 30% off on my merchandise. The young man also thanked me for my service, which a lot of young people don't do. He also asked me what branch I'd been in and for how long. Meant a lot that he cared to 'know' me.

This is my go-to Kohls. Staff are nice and kind but please have security personnel on both entrance/exits particularly this holiday season as I’ve witnessed retail theft happened today, the sensors went off but due to the law, staff has limitations in apprehending suspects. I work hard for my money and hate seeing these things in my backyard.

I was waited on immediately for my store pickup. Later the checkout for my purchase went just as well. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The store is very clean and well organized. I just love the feeling I get every time I walk through the doors.

Tracey in the Sephora department is always amazing and helps me and my daughter when we go in. It's nice to see her everytime we go in.

If you are going to be doing Amazon returns here please make sure you have your returns ready before going. Very selfish to make people wait as you get your stuff together. Great prices at the location as well.

I went to Kohl's to return some Amazon items and they were very quick. They also have Sephora in Kohl's and also right next door which I love!

I wasn't surprised Kohl's already had Valentine's displays out at the end of December when I was returning Xmas items. I took a picture to show a friend because we were laughing about it being earlier and earlier! I did order a lot of our Xmas gifts online this year from Kohl's though. The store on 120th and Colorado makes Kohl's and Amazon returns easy. They will also bring your order curbside or you can pick it up in store at the front counter. It's really convenient. You can order ahead of time, select pick up at store (of your choice), and they text or email when it's ready to go. Some items are only for delivery or only pick up at store, or both. You can make an individual decision about each item and how you want to get them in your cart at check out. Make sure to use and apply your codes or Kohl's cash at check out to get deeper discounts. They usually offer free shipping with an order of $75 and more exclusive offers if you use a Kohl's credit card. With covid it's also a nice option to be able to pick up items curbside.

Kohl's impressed me with its cleanliness and friendly employees. It was a breeze to navigate through the store and find what I needed. The efficient service made for a quick and enjoyable shopping experience. Highly recommend for those seeking a hassle-free trip!

Amelia was amazing at check out where I entered my phone # and she informed me I had kohls cash and I could save more money by applying for a kohls card. I applied and saved! Thanks to theses 3 and a few others I didn’t get their names I’ll be back to Kohls.

Amazon delivery. They have great clothes, just a bit pricy for my pocket.
