They did a good job .they are working 8 hours without breaks or longer please understand all the pharmacy are closing around them early ..I have worked over 8 without a break it sucks..be patient please they're trying ..

Zane is amazing! Great work, even when things were INSANE he was professional and kind the entire time. We all know this location has its challenges with employees, so it nice seeing a friendly young man showing others how it’s done.

We had a late-night, last-minute need on 1/19 and this Walgreens was our best option. I found the item in store listed for double the price it was online. The employee who checked me out had just clocked in and rushed to help the customer in line in front of me. This customer needed a return and, while not down right mean, was making it an unpleasant experience. When my turn came up, I explained the price difference. Even though she just came off a rough customer service experience, she did not hesitate to price match. We are very grateful for this employee making the effort and using the tools at her disposal to provide a great service experience. I called afterward to share this experience with the manager and get the employee’s name. The name I got was Barbara. Whoever this employee is, thank you.

Don’t know why the hate ob this walgreen farmacy location. I went for my covid second booster and flu shot. Ladies on the counter and giving the shots were busy but efficient. Great job. And thanks for being friendly. Definitely will take my business back to this location.

I must admit, I've only filled my script here 3 times so far, but each of those times were a GREAT experience. The pharmacists were extremely friendly every time. I always go after midnight, since that's usually when I get off work, and I always prefer going at that time of night anyway since there's never a long line. I used to go to the Brighton location, (for years, actually), but I got so sick of the rude employees and their incompetence as well as their lack of care/concern about anything. I always had problem after problem after problem at that store, so I got fed up with it and switched to the Thornton location. I'm so glad I did! I love the Thornton store, I wish all the locations were like it, and I'll be going there for a long time!

Karen the pharmacist at night was very kind and understanding. Actually she went out of her way to help me figure out my insurance. It’s 2 am right now and I’m writing a review for her. What does that tell you?

I have always haf a great experience here. I live out in wiggins colorado now and still use this pharmacy as my main hub. The new pharmacy phone line is amazing! Just called it today and it looks up your account by the number you are calling from and will tell you everything about ypur prescriptions! Huge help this morning since I was waiting for a couple to go through! No surprises! Good job Walgreens!

really no bad experience here... I live a couple blocks away and come here all the time!

prescription wise, they always call to remind me to pick up my order, and I hardly have to wait more than 10 minutes, 15 at most.

patience is a virtue, and the people here are always patient with me :)

It’s sad , in my opinion...how many places that use to offer 24 hour instore shopping have cut back their hours and placed limits on when people can do in-store with them.. Their reasoning for why these companies have reverted to more tradional hours ( almost going back in time) isn’t necessarily difficult to comprehend, but understanding why 24 hours may be very important and a sign of truly being there for all your customers seemed to be the best answer.. but most places I suppose realize they don’t need to give their best / it’s ok to not be willing to give your best and you ll still make out ok attitude..
This Walgreeens however -is 24 hours still.. when most close at 9 or 10 now.. I know of only one within a 10 mile radius of me that stays open til midnight ( that location was 24 hours at one time but switched) this location isn’t far from me - I don’t know how I overlooked this...anyways...
I found the store to be clean, well stocked and the marketing to be accurate and easy to understand. The staff was friendly and on hand for any assistance .. all in all wonderful experience .

They have the best staff than any other locations, I may consider to switch to this one with longer drive. Friendly, professional staff and exceptional service.

Each time I visit this pharmacy, they correct errors that other Walgreens pharmacies have made with my prescription refills, and answer questions or provide advice and suggestions in a professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful manner. This will be my go-for pharmacy from now on.

very helpful in the pharmacy department. Lane is the one to talk to, he goes above and beyond. i have moved twice since i started using this location and will still drive out of my way to use this particular location due to the pharmacy staff being so wonderful.. thanks guys!

Always open. Generally courteous employees. The managers are somewhat less so, but the employees are very nice. WEll-lit and I find what I'm looking for 95% of the time.

I go here several times per month. Staff is always friendly and the register/checkout is always ready.

Gr8 place to shop at 3 am.

Jennifer the pharmacist is wonderful, my script was missing the dosage and she called immediately to get things straightened out. Just great!

Never had a problem with this location. Employees are always pretty cool, and the store never seems in disrepair or dirty. Pretty good 24 hour location.
