I needed a space to store a car. Jeff only had 1 spot open but I could not get there that day. He held the spot for me for 2 days without even knowing me. This says alot about him! Very rare to find this in a business these days. Crystal helped me with my rental space and I cannot say enough about her! Down to earth. Very professional and best of all, a great sense of humor! I feel confident that my property will be safe. So glad I called them.

Clean and well built facility. Affordable. The staff take very good care of you. The location is great, I feel confident leaving my things there. We've been with them for a few years now and go there pretty regularly.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. Jeff is thorough, knowledgable and has always been diligent about handling any question Ive ever asked of him. Ive never had to wait for a reply or callback.. being onsite there gives me the added sense of security that guarantees I would never store my things anywhere else in Redding or the Andersen area.

Thank you to Jeff the manager of Seven Hills Storage...l rented a 10x20 storage unit for 11 years..during that time Jeff, was very kind , caring and helpful to me..l am a disabled senior due to a bad accident...he always kept me up dated on any changes as l had moved to Fl. to be with family in 2008..in 2019 my family and friends helped me load a 35 ft. truck to take to Fl. to donated to those in need(hurricane, etc. Also l left items in storage to be donated to those in need in Redding, etc...Jeff guided us thru what needed to be done and arranged for donated items to be picked up..We were all impressed by Jeff including other unit renters...We all wish him the best now and in the future...Thank you again Jeff.. Jeff was a great guy and found the right size unit we needed. The price was good and will suit our needs. The storage area was clean and I feel confident our goods will be safe.

We have always been well served at Seven Hills Self Storage...we have rented a unit there off and on for the last 10 years or so...and you current manager is one of the main reasons....he is always friendly and helpful and my husband likes him..which is why we left one unit in Anderson to come back to Seven Hills.

I would recommend seven hills for self storage to one and all as I am highly impressed by their great services and security features. I was apprehensive about the safety of my vintage and precious belongings but Seven Hills Self Storage did not even give me an iota of a reason to worry and handled my stuff really well!
