Always a warm and friendly environment when I pay my bill. The manager they're David is always very Professional And makes me feel welcome.

Solid manager- always working on keeping it clean. Safer than it was 3 years ago. There have been many steps taken to make this a nice place to rent and store your stuff.

Very friendly staff. I live overseas and have all my belongings, including car, stored at this site. No problems in 2 years going on 3. I never worry about my things. My Dad has easy access to my car to keep it in shape and it's a convenient location for him from his West Redding home.

I absolutely love this facility they have great security just be out of there before 9:00 or you'll spend the night behind the gate I've had storage there for years behind the fence and my girlfriend has had storage in the front for many more years than that I absolutely adore the people that work there and they will always work with you very wonderful facility and clean

My son and I were very pleased with our experience @American self storage. Monthly rental for our RV was very reasonable and they have locked gates for security. Thank you for your help.

It was so easy to rent just downloaded their app and finished in a couple of minutes. The site has wide driveways and is well maintained. The Manager David
provided excellent contact free support.
