I wish I could leave 0 stars! Everything the previous reviews have said! AVOID this location, go to the actual AT&T store! They promised us a rate that is NO WHERE near what our actual bill is! It has been a huge hassle trying to get all of our phones working and figuring out our bill and everything that goes with that!

They promise all these great things they will give you and cannot fulfill on their promise. They do not carry any phones in stock and cannot process the current promotions. They will send you to another At&t store to process the promotions. They also will not help you with transferring you information from one device to another, they is no accountability at this location. I recommend if you are looking for a new device go the At&t store across the freeway, in the SaveMart shopping center they are amazing!!

I know more than one person who got setup here and this ATT store messed up big time. Promised incorrect pricing on phones and plans. Never added things they said they were going to add. I recommend going to the REAL ATT store on Churn Creek. They got me right.
