Farmers Insurance - Charles Platt

Farmers insurance has always been awesome. Love them. But, sadly agents do get old and retire and that's what happened to mine. But discovered one of my best friends also had a farmers insurance agent. So I had her introduce me to him. Been with him ever since. Because no matter the circumstances they're always there to fix the issue and quickly. Thanks.

I filed a claim for hail damage to my roof. I filed an estimate from my roofer and solar company (who had to remove and replace solar panel). An agent came out, Sheila Miller, and spent an hour on the roof. She did a very thorough job. We had our money in the bank from Farmers like in two days. It seemed to be very fair. We are more than happy with Farmers handling of our claim. And our new roof looks beautiful

Reasonably priced. Convenient. Always there when you need them. Claims process was relatively easy and painless. Usually know who I am when I call without even telling them my name. I would recommend them to anyone needing home or auto insurance.

Charlie is an amazing guy!!! During our Carr fire in Redding, he was losing as much if not more, as most our residents and still remained a positive influence in our community. During all this he even took his own personal time to come talk to our association about insurance and what to expect during our fire. Most likely one of the most stand up guys I've met!
