Krystal was the best! After calling a few companies and noticed the huge (expensive) price gaps. I called local and Krystal was super transparent and really helpful. Will be returning when I need other insurances. Definitely give them a call while shopping.

Great experience at Acceptance Auto. I'm not the most insurance savvy person, just looking for the best for the cheapest. Been with acceptance insurance for years now and Kimberly is amazing. She is super nice and helps with whatever are needs are at the time. She will personally call us if we are late and let us know it's time to pay. Very pleased with the service we get. Highly recommend.

Krystal Cardenas was super friendly and outgoing as well as extremely helpful. She gave me a few different options pertaining to what my exact needs were and information regarding any changes in the future if need be. Unfortunately, my down payment would have been too much for me due to the insurance policy updates. But, Kimberly and Krystal at Acceptance Insurance were absolutely helpful in recommendations for other insurance companies. Staff is always friendly, explains everything thoroughly and whenever I call in to make a payment they get it done fast with little to no waiting time. Their quotes and rates aren’t a ridiculous outrageous price. Recently, I called in to switch my insurance policy and Kimberly was very nice. She made sure everything was done in a fast & timely manner. I’ve been with them for 3 years now and have never had an issue.

Krystal Cardenas is the best she wasn't even my broker and she went to bat for me in getting a sr22 issue solved. Numerous phone calls and emails later she helped me get the proper paperwork and filing dates in order. She knew all the lingo and terms and questions to ask that someone like me who isn't in the industry would know to bring up. Sometimes when dealing with insurance companies and the DMV it can be overwhelming and frustrating but if you go see Krystal she's gonna get the job done and make your life alot easier.
