Co-op Service Center—Hanover

Really kind people. They know what they are doing. They will work with u if your on a tight budget. And I want to add more to your bill if you don't need the work done

I love this co-op service center so much. I have grown up in Hanover and it is in the same place (which makes this townie very happy) but in my opinion it’s all about the team and people working there. I adore all of the team that work there! They are funny, they are kind, they are extremely intelligent and educated about what’s going on with your car and they always have a smile on their face kindly willing to help whoever has a question. Steve, Jim, Kyle and the rest of them are great! I would go here and recommend it to anyone in the area, but you have to schedule and plan ahead of time because they are always booked up! (Also shows how great of a service they are). I am going to go here for the rest of my car needs. What I like about it so much is the hometown feeling where they know you and make you feel comfortable. My little girl and I think they’re great. They are 5 stars!

Really great service - they helped my daughter out on short notice, to make sure her car was safe to drive after hitting a bale of hay on I-91. Very fair prices, too. Highly recommend!

I went in for an oil change, but also because my dash lights wouldn't turn on and I thought it was an electrical problem. As it would turn out, my dimmer switch was just turned all the way down (silly me). Still, just to put my mind at ease they checked out my battery and my alternator free of charge.
This was my first time going to a mechanic alone, and as a person who doesn't know much about cars I could be really easily taken advantage of. Everyone working there was really polite and honest about what my car did and did not need. I will be returning again.

These guys are the BEST- honest, efficient, friendly, priced right. Can't ask for more from any establishment of any kind. The keep my 184K mile Honda running like a champ. Same goes for the Hanover location.

Excellent customer service. I was going to leave for a roadtrip in a few hours and I was having trouble inflating my tires, so I called the co-op and asked if they could re-inflate them. Even though I had no appointment, the co-op staff helped fully inflate my tires in only an hour and free of charge.

Went to get our windshield wipers fixed. Ended up being cheaper than quoted. Also shout out to Riley who works in the front super nice guy!

Rick and his whole crew are fantastic! Work that they do is excellent. Nice friendly guys who we are lucky to have right here in Hanover. Highly recommended!

Great place and awesome service,even though they couldn't take my car in for repairs,they very nicely offered to do a diagnostic for me. This helped me tremendously.

Have an old car and very stressfull getting it inspected.They always give you the worst case scenario so you are prepared for everything and can make an informed decision on whether to invest the money and there are no surprises.All 3 times the price was hundreds of dollars less than the estimate I was ok to pay.That's a good way to do it in my book.

Was able to fit me in his tight schedule in order to remove a nail from the tire. Helpful and professional experience.
