Tried it while at a conference at Gaylord hotel. Dinner was good. Only tried few antipasti. Beef carpaccio was great. The burrata is a must try with pesto and nice bread. The fried calamari, shrimp and zucchini is also a nice appetizer

We saw a few negative comments about this restaurant, and since its in a Hotel/convention center, we were not expecting a lot, however we decided to give it try and had a great dinner. The service and food was excellent. Tyler, our server was personable and more than willing to be of assistance in placing our order. Had a great suggestion on a wine to go with our steaks. The food was cooked to order and very good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will dine here again when we are back in the area.

Went for dinner during a convention and yes it was packed as could be and we couldn't make a reservation. However, the hostess got us seated at the bar with a very short wait, and Lori took great care of us. Splurged on extra drinks and had a great time, plus the food was fantastic- I had the scallops and husband got the NY strip (Tagaliata). Bonus points, I got a glass to go and enjoyed a little music on the lawn outside. Perfect night.

Normally I would steer clear of an Italian place inside a resort like this, but we had a group dinner for a conference I was attending and this was the place. I stand so corrected on my assumptions. The service was absolutely fantastic and the food was wonderful. Highly recommend!

We had the continental breakfast and it was solid, no complaints. I am writing this review because our server, Ray, was incredible. My partner has 2 kids, one with special needs, so eating can be a huge challenge. On top of providing exceptional service for 4 adults, Ray made both kids feel at home. He was inclusive, funny, engaging, and kind, which isn't something we experience often. Ray truly went above and beyond, making breakfast a delightful experience for our family.

Avocado toast was very good. I would recommend the blood orange mimosa. The eggs were delicious and the smashed potatoes super delicious!!

We had a mix up with our table reservations. The manager Ethan did an outstanding job of accommodating us. Additionally, he checked on our party throughout the evening to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Due to Ethan's extraordinary service, my wife had a wonderful birthday dinner. Our waiter Chris also did an excellent job throughout our meal and really put forth the effort to ensure everything was perfect for our celebration. Please pass along our sincere gratitude! We look forward to returning.

Very happy with the special meals (gluten and dairy free) prepared by Chef Jake and his team on Christmas Day. The high point was absolutely the allergen free apple cobbler - very excellent effort by the pastry chef on that one. The service we received from Ethan Campbell and Daniel were impeccable. Excellent dining experience all the way around."

Great place. Had 4 business meetings at this venue. Staff is great, bathrooms kept clean, food tastes great (American Italian), and the seating allows for normal conversations instead of yelling to be heard.
Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are all great options - I sampled them all 😀. Dinner is the most expensive, obviously.

You must absolutely eat at this place if you need heaven in your mouth. Marcos is beyond amazing he knows the meals so well. He knows how well the menu items go together. I had the chicken pamasian with the mushroom sauce. It was.... there is no words that describe how good it was. It left me speechless. I highly highly recommend this place.

I am a superintendent for a high end Custom home builder, and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone of my clients. Rusty was our server and he was amazing, very knowledgeable and very attentive. Our drinks never went dry and our food was amazing (compliments to the back of house staff as well) When I come back to the gaylord I will definitely plan on requesting the same server as well as the same meal. Thank you again for such an amazing experience.

This stop is worth it. We came for breakfast and Ray was our server. Friendly, helpful and on top of it. I enjoyed he addressed all of us by our names. Like a good server, drinks stayed topped off. There a good selection for breakfast and a lot of made toppings such as the cream cheese and butter.

Got the braised lamb shank (Brasato) and beef carpaccio. Spot on and I will return for this. The lamb was perfectly tender - fall off the bone tender - and cooked so that there was no gamey flavor. Probably the best I've had. Service was excellent.

It was very busy because of the holidays. But we were seated fast. The food was a little slow coming out but the manager and waitress gave us complimentary appetizers and desserts for the long wait. They were all very professional and kind.

We got 2 tables of 8 each, was ready on time. Service was excellent and very friendly. Food was delicious.

This place is really great. Our waiter, Ray, made great recommendations, and was sure to accommodate two of our party's shellfish allergy. He was extremely attentive and really made the experience.

Last night I had the pleasure of eating at Vista Montaigne. I had salmon and a light quinoa. It was fabulous. Last, I had tiramisu which was perfect. Usually I do not eat this desert, but it was perfect. I will definitely have dinner at this restaurant again!

Went there and had the Sunday brunch. Our server was excellent very friendly and helpful, the selection at the buffet was good, I was very impressed with the salmon, It was very tender and not dried out. The carrots and broccoli and the potatoes were excellent. Low rating on the atmosphere, because it really doesn't have any, almost feels like a cafeteria, definitely not the place for a cozy intimate meal.
