5 stars for customer service. I spent 5 days at this resort for a work trip, and the staff here are so kind and positive. We loved Erica!

The main grab and go store in the Gaylord Rockies hotel. They have all those essential items you may have forgotten to pack - toothbrush, deodorant, aspirin, etc. - as well as, fun amenities you may just want on site.

They also have food and drinks you can grab to take back to your room if you wish. They have several packaged goodies for take home and souvenirs for other if you want! There are some fun Colorado magnets and mugs around, they also have tchotchke like items for you to remember your trip.

The staff was always friendly and the store was well organized and clean. It was higher priced, but what hotel convenience store isn't?

A great spot for those forgotten small things, or just comfort needs for your room! Grab a magnet to take home for your fridge!

Store had plenty of options for grab and go snacks, sandwiches and pastries. Was able to find a couple of gift items for the kids here and everything seemed to be fairly priced.

Your typical overpriced hotel grab-and-go. They do have a wide variety of selections, including hot food, alcohol, snacks, and some unique local treats. Staff didn’t seem very invested when I was there. There were three assigned to make drinks; one was making the drinks and the other two were just chatting with her, slowing her down even more in the process.

Literally took 15-20 minutes for one sandwich. I even asked how long it would take before I ordered it because I had a conference to be in. They said 5 min…Plus I was the only person in there waiting. Need to speed up there service!

I typically don’t stop in these markets in any hotels or even airports because they are overpriced. Lo and behold this one is no different. A turkey and cheese sandwich was $9 and the pesto panini, which is only one sandwich, was $10. For a small bowl of cereal expect to pay $5 and for a 14 oz bottle of milk $4! Unfortunately it was the best option for me to grab a quick meal rather than ordering to my room. The sandwiches can be taken cold or toasted, however I will note the toasted is more luke warm than actually hot. They do have other grab and go snacks and desserts. They do sell Starbucks coffee but you cannot use any Starbucks gift cards which is a real bummer. It’s good if you’re in a pinch, but otherwise I would avoid this place for a meal if you can.

Ordered two different sandwiches (Chicken Pesto and Grilled Cheese) on separate transactions about an hour an apart. Both sandwiches came out severely undercooked (chicken was still raw in the middle) and had to be remade.

The remade sandwiches were both excellent, but I wish they had come out properly on the first try, and the fact that two separate orders had the same issue was an unfortunate trend.

Ordered a sandwich, waited 30 minutes and then was told they never had it. Ordered a different sandwich, another 30 minutes, and still no sandwich. Not during busy hours. Workers were nice but spent most their time playing on their phones.

First, this place is COMPLETELY OVERPRICED. They charge $8.00 for a sandwich worth maybe $3.00.

In addition, they shorted our order then did not have the food. They made it right but I would not go back.

This place does not have many selections. The food served by the star bucks is pretty dried out. Not much taste. The prices is what you would pay at the airport. The lines are slow.

Like everything here, way overpriced. Long lines in the morning. Sub par food.

$5 for the stalest, tiniest bagel I’ve ever been served….texture was like chalk! Everything was very overpriced, pass if you are thinking of stopping in.

Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and they asked me if I wanted it hot. I said yes. I'd like it grilled and then they brought me a lukewarm cheese sandwich that was never grilled. Mostly playing on their phones not focusing on working very disorganized

Absolutely horrible service. Both times we've been here they've forgotten one of our drinks. Waiting over 30 minutes for overpriced coffee that's half full is not worth it. Oh and then there's the hot and ready breakfast sandwiches that you pay for and then, go figure, they're not ready. Same thing both times we've been here. Never again.

If food or drinks are not prepackaged, do not buy the food/drinks. On two separate occasions my coffee was messed up and my coworkers orders were messed up or not even appetizing.

Don’t bother ordering food here. They don’t track your pastries orders and when you look around everyone has their drinks and no foods. They really need to work on a structure.
