Jack in the Box

Excellent service from the moment you walk through the door until you exit. I have been enjoying Jack in the Box for over 50 years now (36 years in San Diego CA and from 2009 to present in Denver CO) and can say this is still my favorite fast food restaurant.

When did the drive-thru and had a very nice experience with the gentleman their wish I had caught his name Spanish gentleman and younger guy curly longer hair really nice made my experience such a great time when I was in a hurry on my way to the hospital

I mean its fast food. What do you expect. But never had a bad experience with this location

They make you wait in the parking lot to hide how slow and inefficient they are. A general manager should look into the service standards at this location. Employees are friendly though and the food is allright.

We were traveling from Texas to Denver. Leaving Buckley Spaceforce Base we saw the JIB and stopped for a quick break. The mgr on duty recommended the $10 meal and that's exactly what we bought.

It was great to walk in and see a clean store and even better watching the employees make my food with care. The service was swift the food was on point. I promise if you come to this store you will leave satisfied.

I came here after going to another nearby fast food place that I had a horrible time at just trying to order food. My experience here was as smooth as ice. I placed my order, was charged the price listed on the food board (hard for other fast food place to get right), and got my food quickly. The food was very good and not greasy. The chocolate bites were the best part and I would go back to get those just as a snack.

As good as it gets when it comes to Jack n the Box. Never any complaints

Great experience. We had a few egg shells in one of our sandwiches. We brought it back to the counter and they were more than happy to remake it. They even offered a brownie for free! Always fresh food and great service. I wish we had found this place sooner.

Man that was fire. Have you ever been like pretty drunk in the middle of the night and was thinking where can I go for food and then find out that they have amazing Angus burgers at Jack In The Box? Well if not go check out every last star that I put on this review. I'm not going to tell you which star is for what you're just going to have to guess and figure it out yourself

I have not had access to a Jack in the box for a long while after leaving Texas. However, after moving here and finding this Jack in the box I was extremely excited. However, due to the reviews I was really hesitant. Normally, I wouldn’t even consider it from the reviews, but my cravings took over and I took a chance. This Jack in the box has not disappointed! The food is always hot & fresh! I’ve seen some comments regarding the wait and while I’ve never had a long wait here. I do not mind waiting for hot food! This Jack in the box is great! My only go-to when I need my fast food fix! So glad I decided to give it a chance!

I was surprised by how good their mocha iced coffee tastes. Honestly, I would choose it over the other coffee places. I have been going twice a week or more for the jumbo platter & mocha iced coffee. They're drive thru is super fast too!

Always a perfect order, no matter the length of the line, the time of day, or the changes to a standard order. Sourdough Jack perfectly toasted, every time. And they're always kind and friendly. 10 stars, if possible.
To add to this a year later: Audelia is the person who usually runs the drive thru, and I can't say enough good things. Always quick, asks if I want ranch (I always do) every time, and is so kind every single time I see her. I am really impressed with how friendly and even tempered she is, no matter how many people are in line, inside and outside the building. Thanks for your customer service, Audelia! You're the best!
