Went in there today to get a pair of boots. Immediately greeted by one of the ladies working there and she helped me for about 30 minutes picking out a pair of boots and helped me get a comfortable, cheap pair of lace up boots (exactly what I was looking for). Lots of selection. Good prices

I've shopped here in the past(over 7 years ago.) I'm back home and my dad asked for help finding a particular style of Justin boots. I was able to find the boot in the store but you didn't carry his size in store. Luckily the boots in his particular size were made but had to be ordered in from elsewhere. Originally I was told it'd take 2-4 weeks to get them in but the boots came through about a week later. If I can recall correctly I placed the order on the 27th/28th of December and the boots came in on the 4th/5th of January. I missed the call to pick them up but one of your people called again a couple weeks later(which I had already been anticipating them to come through anyways) to let me know yall had them.
My dad's older now and needed a 9.5 EE. All of that to say he got the style and comfort he wanted so thank you!

They have a great selection of all kinds of boots and it's just the place for me to get a great pair of new shoes

Great selection of boots. Found and bought a pair I liked. Ended up having a Manufacturer related issue. Manufacturer passed the buck. Whiteside’s owner and their manager absolutely stood behind the product they sold to me! Lightning fast exchange! Worth the drive to Brighton for my next boots. THANK YOU GUYS!

I bought a pair of work boots that immediately fell apart. I went back to the store to see what they can do for me. Richard took time to give me the knowledge of what to look for in a boot. Not only that, Richard was more than generous. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service, selection, and quality of my new boots.

This place was amazing! I had never been here before and my significant other and I went to the pawn shop next door and saw this place and decided to stop in and look. And well walked out the door spending about $600. We loved this place! They actually had dressing rooms that’s we open to the public which is nearly unheard of! I hadn’t been able to find pants that fit correctly in a long time due to not being able to try pants on. They are a saving grace! We also bought boots, and jackets, and some more things that we most likely didn’t need but just wanted of course! The sales a associates there were wonderful and so helpful! If you’ve never been I highly recommend it!
