Dillan was absolutely amazing! He took his time educating us about the different types of mattresses and firmness. He asked clarifying questions to even further help us get the best fit. There was never a time when we felt pressured to buy or felt sales tactics being used. He was open and honest about the whole process and it made the experience quick and lovely. We left extremely happy customers!

I had a good experience with my sales Associate Jared at the South Colorado Blvd store. He was knowledgeable and didn't try to update me because I knew exactly what I wanted to buy. I was in and
out of the store in 20 minutes or so.

We had a great experience buying our new mattress from Amanda. I really appreciated the whole process of buying here vs some of the other places we shopped. They were much more methodical in their approach to finding us a mattress that fit our desires than other places were. In the end we were between here and another place but choose to go with Amanda because she gave us such great service.

We probably spent 2-3 hours here just laying on a bunch of beds. Dillan was super helpful in educating us on all the different options along with the most current prices/deals on each option. Hannah also helped us out throughout the process!

We didn’t expect to purchase a mattress here - we were going to visit a couple more stores and this one was actually our second one on this day. But Dillan was a no-pressure-super-chill superstar, especially with Hannah as a supporting act. It’s kind of like when you fall in love and when you just KNOW - we KNEW we’d leave with a mattress 😂

They were so patient while we tried a handful of beds a bazillion times. They left us alone at times, and at other times they followed up and we chatted and cracked jokes. The best kind of salespeople - people you want to be friends with. Give them a raise!!!

So excited to have our bed delivered tomorrow!

We love our mattress! I called Mattress Firm today, Daniel answered the phone. He was able to help me with some follow up questions that I had. Super fast service and answered all my questions. Thank you so much!

I wax a little hesitant to go to a big box store to find an adjustable frame, but Jared was low key, straightforward, and knowledgeable. Ended up buying there without regret.

Easiest bed shopping experience ever. Amanda was amazing. She was able to help find my pregnant wife the perfect mattress in minutes. Amazing store.

Amanda was amazing. Her coworker was very nice as well, however, I did not get his name. I came in a purchased a frame for a bed. When I arrived at home, I realized that I needed a box spring. I returned, and although they were out, Amanda called around and found me one at another store. She went way beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend them.
