I’ve been InstaCarting for over a year, and have seen many, many Walgreens, northern Colorado…
The staff here are straight up amazing, and keep up with all the nonsense that is thrown at them. (I wish Mary was my grandma, if you meet her, you’ll know)
On top of it all:
It’s one of the last 24 hour places, that you can trust in general, and in specific.

They had everything I needed, and the employees were helpful and polite. They were also open later than the grocery store.

So let me just say: if you are still getting your prescriptions from Walgreens; you’re a dunce.

No they don’t have enough employees to fill your 1am crazy script runs. They don’t or won’t retake your goofy passport photos because you think you don’t look good. Shush. The store is open sometimes 24 hours, sometimes it’s not. The employees are nice if you are. Do not call the pharmacy. Either go in or change to a delivery pharmacy like other normal humans. This is not complicated.

The past reviews are always by the people you despise in a grocery store line because they complain about the 35 cent difference in a stock of celery.

These employees kick butt working so hard and to hell with all these suburban house sloths complaining so much. How about they work 3rd shift and eat it.

Yes, it was open at 1am! Very polite and respectful staff during the night shift. While other walgreens are closed, this one is open during night time.

Not all Walgreens are created equally. This location is night and day different (BETTER) than the one on S Colorado and Yale. Way Way Better.

The counter staff were actually nice, some even genuinely so. The staff in the pharmacy talk to each other like friends/family. That is a good vibe and it comes across as good customer service.

The Pharmacist that I saw in action, I believe his name was Corry (sp?), he seemed pretty legit. It was a good tone between him and his under-staff and between him and the customers. He was able to think outside the box and make things happen. They were absolutely slammed but had a really nice cadence about their work.

Another pro is that this pharmacy location stays open really late. I think until 10pm on most days.

The only Walgreens in the area that doesn’t make you wait for an hour to get your prescription. Unsure why they’re temporarily closed but hoping they open back again. Staff was great!

While I have struggled to get good service at other Walgreens locations in the area, the staff at the Colorado and Alameda location are fabulous. They have been so helpful and patient navigating an insurance issue I've had . Thank you for taking the extra time and reducing my frustration.

I use this Pharmacy all the time and have not had any problems. Today the Store Manager Laura helped me with a situation which was frustrating for me. She addressed the issue and was very helpful working it out. Thank you Laura! I have been using this Walgreens for a few years now.

Lauren does it all.. stocking, customer service, cashiering … she was everywhere in the store while I was there…..all with friendly words … she is a natural… Walgreens has a great employee.. I’ll be back !!!

Thank you to Holly for being so helpful and accommodating!! The overnight staff is always great. I make the extra long drive to this 24-hour pharmacy just because I know they always have my complete prescription ready and in the correct amounts.

In a time where almost every business is understaffed and wait times remain extremely long, this pharmacy was kind and compassionate to me. I was there to pick up some prescribed Tamiflu as I was just diagnosed with influenza-A that morning and was trying to get the antiviral started within the 48 hours of symptom onset. The first Walgreens I went to was at 7190 E Hampden Ave. I waited in line for about 25 minutes to be told that they didn’t have any Tamiflu in stock. Ashley was the pharmacy tech that helped me and she was nothing short of kind. She directed me to the 1111 Colorado Blvd. Walgreens location and told me they did have it in stock. When I got to the Colorado Blvd. Walgreens I was told that the wait would be 2 hours. I was so sick and achy, etc. from the flu and about to start crying. I asked the pharmacy tech, I believe her name was Judith, if she could point me to a Walgreens near my home in uptown Denver where the med was in stock and where I could drop the prescription and wait for it while I laid in bed at home. She went above and beyond and tried to call the 16th St. Walgreens but was unable to get them on the phone. After all of her help she decided to fill the prescription for me really quickly so I could go home and sleep and prevent myself from visiting more places and potentially infecting others with my influenza A. Thank you Judith! And thank you Ashley! You are very appreciated.

I’ve been using this location most of my adult life. I really appreciated when the pharmacy was still 24/7, but getting otc is still possible on x-mas so that rocks. This locations manager is extremely friendly, above & beyond in his work! I think his name is Gene, & he deserves a raise. I also love this pharmacy staff! They are friendly & knowledgeable. The pharmacy has to be one of the busiest in the city, they still treat me right & get things done in reasonable time frames. However, today is Nov. 8, 2020 & I was stunned to find the whole location closed. Not just the pharmacy on lunch, but the whole store. It appears to still be closed 5 hours later. “Until further notice” was on the door. I’m extremely thankful I didn’t drop off my script last night bc they wouldn’t be open today to pick it up as I nearly did. I hope all is well, bc I rely on this fine location for all I’m autoimmune discomforts. The end

Jessica on night shift is Awesome! She's always helpful and friendly. Plus the rest of night crew seems to take good care of me whenever I go in.

I cannot express enough gratitude for being open 24 Hours. I needed OTC azo for my UTI symptoms and you guys were the only ones open. Everyone was kind and i am thankful you had my medication.

This location has the best staff of all the Walgreens in the area. I used to go to the Walgreens on Colorado and Alameda. But this location is much better. The staff is happy and upbeat and seem to really care about their customers. Especially Tamara the beauty Consultant. She really turned around a bad day. Thank you Tamara!

Very kind and I appreciate that. Some pharmacies do not respect HIPPA laws, which are there in place to protect us as patients. So speaking quietly- ***** making sure other patients are not right behind u in the line ***** Great job! will visit again..

This is a great location. The night shift manager were very helpful. While shopping I noticed that all the items were perfectly spaced! And I love the fact that they are open 24 hours.

Clerk is cool and very helpful, made my shopping experience amazing today!

Tamara in the beauty department was an angel. Gave me so many coupons and really knew what she was talking about. Amazing customer service all around from all of the staff!

The pharmacy is 24 hours with good customer service. Can be a wait so I suggest that you call to make sure your prescription is ready for pickup
