Staples’ Denver store at 870 South Colorado Blvd 80222 is OUTSTANDING. This Staples location has a very wide range of items at GREAT PRICES, is SUPERBlY managed and has EXCELLENT customer service. I have received GREAT assistance several times from CAIN and from the store’s extremely helpful and kind manager NOAH. Staples’ 870 South Colorado Blvd Denver store always offers UNBEATABLE SAVINGS and FANTASTIC customer service.

Went to this Staples yesterday with a small printing job (after a frustrating experience at Office Depot). A very helpful and efficient employee named Jude did a great job on my small project. I will return to Staples for all future office product needs. Thanks, Jude!

I’ve always had a good experience here, but recently I had a stand out experience. I needed some last minute printing and cutting done, and called and spoke with Paul. He said to come on in, no problem. When I got there, Maria helped me immediately and made sure I had everything I needed. I was in and out in about 5 minutes, incredible. Thanks so much!

Had a paperback book that always seems to fall apart - the AA 12 and 12 book - so ordered another new one from Amazon and took to Staples to have them spiral bind it. It turned out exceptionally well. All of the employees I spoke with were exceptionally nice and helpful. Store called me next day to let me know it was ready. Have been using it almost daily ever since for my homework. Really like the spiral bound books for certain books I use a lot. The pages are very easy to turn. I think this book will last for quite a while now due to the good job Staples did for me. Thank you, Staples, for a job well done. From the minute I walked in the door, until the next day when I picked up my book!

Friendly and helpful. If you are familiar with their print website, you won’t have an issue with your print projects. This is where I go for all my print needs.

I order business cards and flyers from this Staples all the time and I have honestly never been dissatisfied. The employees typically have a lot going on but they're always been very helpful and friendly whenever I have questions. The turnaround times are usually quick and the price is right!

I first called the store to ensure they’d be able to print what I was asking for and Desirae was incredibly helpful over the phone and when I arrived my experience only continued to be excellent. Tom helped print my project giving me samples of different paper options and even printing samples for me to see before taking the plunge. They were able to get my order done quickly and Tom even went to the back of the store to get poster tubes so that my project wouldn’t get wet with the snow outside. After getting my prints and picking up a few items I was once again impressed with the service at this location when I checked out. The gal at the register was very personable and friendly and I will definitely use this location in the future.

I order things regularly at this location and the service is exemplar. John at the print services is beyond helpful. I was having an issue with Staples Advantage not releasing my order and John was able to help me get my prints and figure out the issue with Staples Advantage on my behalf. He always greets me with a smile and often has my prints pulled up before I even reach the counter. 10/10 would recommend. All of the staff members are very friendly.

I lost my military ID here. That’s a very big deal. They kept it in the safe after somebody found it. Thank god. Thank you for keeping it safe after my negligence. I appreciate it. I will be coming back here whenever I need office supplies.

I would like to give my highest recommendations for one of your managers at Staples 870 South Colorado Boulevard store. Her name is Liz Lopez. The quality and Excellence of her service was absolutely out standing. She is an exceptional person. Very kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, extremely mature, and able to solve problems very willingly, thoroughly and extremely helpful. Without employees such as Liz Lopez I am certain that I would never use Staples stores at all. The owners of Staples would be wise to keep this in mind. It was not the quality of your store or what you have to offer but rather the quality of Miss Lopez that would keep me coming back to your store. She truly made me feel as though I was really a "valued customer" and the way she took care of me and solved all problems that I was having trying to get my order placed was nothing short of amazing. I am certain that whatever you are paying her isn't nearly enough but you would be wise to take note of her and double her pay and give her another promotion. John at the print service counter was outstanding. There was a slight delay with my express order due to printing machine breakdown but it was resolved promptly the next morning. It was not an inconvenience to me at all but he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you!!!

I had an extremely positive experience at this location. Assistant manager Colby and Tom helped me over the course of two days to purchase the exact right computer for my business and personal use. Very pleasant and even looked up competitor's pricing to see if they could match a better price.

Two suggestions I have to create customer loyalty and appreciation of the brand would be to have in-store coffee service to make wait times pleasant and to be closed on major holidays such as Easter. I think it says a lot when you let your employees enjoy family time.

I ordered a poster online and chose to do pick up at this location. The print center associate, John, was incredible. I wasn't quite satisfied with my poster print because it came out pixelated. He fixed it immediately with a smile on his face. Not only that, he went above and beyond to help other customers around me while I was waiting. John is a rockstar, no questions about it. I have many options for my print center needs, but I would come back to Staples just because John was that awesome!

Went here for a large office purchase. Was not disappointed. They had everything we needed and more. The staff is always around to help out and answer questions.

Their products seem to be pretty decent quality and you can’t beat their selection.

I am a particular fan that you can try out their huge selection of office chairs. Big bonus.

I’ve also used their ups shipping center and was very pleased.

I walked into a Staples for the first time in years today and I was to say the customer service at this store is outstanding! I spoke to April over the phone and she cordial and knowledge about the services offered. When I walked into the store I was greeted and then worked with Thomas at the printing center. Thomas went above and beyond, he was nice and helpful. Safe to say I’ll be coming here more ofter and recommending the store!

Terrific customer service! I shopped around for a store that could do some organizing/binding for an important family project. I ruled out two other businesses because of the response I got when I called this Staples store. I went there in person a couple of hours later and was SO glad. They paid personal attention to the project and worked out a perfect solution. (I noticed that the woman who was being helped next to me was getting the same excellent service.) Special kudos to Cathy in the printing department!)

This is an awesome store! I dropped my phone in some water and Steve in the tech department was able to get it dried out and now it works fine! He was friendly, helpful, and provided perfect customer service with a smile!

You didn't give me enough stars to choose from! My experience with the Colo. Blvd. Staples this holiday season was just wonderful. I had made a wrong decision on a printer ink product and took it back to the store the next day. It was definitely my "fault" yet the Mgr. Michelle handled it in a professional way that did not make me feel worse than I already felt. I left a very satisfied customer, and will definitely be back. Oh, and yes, the person at the register, Miranda, who called for Michelle to step in, was most helpful and pleasant. Thank you!
