Some of the most kind individuals. Talk about persevering even when weathering your own storm. They are understaffed and underpaid and yet they always greet w a smile and try their best to help. Don’t forget they are at the mercy of your ordering physician and on any given day thousands of prescriptions behind because people who don’t work with the customers make the rules. Patience is a virtue, try and be kind.

I love this Walgreens, no matter the situation I have always been met with a smile. Marta is a phenomenal asset to the store. Pharmacy is running so much better and the new employees are happy and always looking out for the customers best interests. Kudos to you all!!

Everyone there is SO NICE and friendly!! We have another Walgreens close to our house but always end up going to this one when we need specialty items (wrist bands, heart monitors, etc.), but also for candy and other random items! We have gotten to know some of the staff and they always go above and beyond. I always come out smiling. I can't believe all the 1-star reviews!! Most of those reviews are super old and the staff is completely different (I've lived in the area for 17 years). Thanks Sam & Marta! You ladies are killing it and I love supporting female-run businesses.

I absolutely love this pharmacy.The employees are always friendly and helpful. I can call anytime of day (during business hours) to asked questions about medication. There is always someone pleasant and willing to answer my questions. It’s also a pleasure to go into the store to pickup my medication and be professionally taken care of. I found the Walgreens pharmacy located on Timberline & Quebec to be quite the opposite.

Kudos to Sam and Marta for hiring polite and helpful team members. Store is typically well stocked and nicely organized. It's by far the better Walgreens to go to in the area. I have two within similar distance of my house and always choose this location due to the friendliness of the staff.

I have had nothing but great things with the pharmacy at this store. Julie the head pharmacist is outstanding. she is very respectful, very helpful and super friendly. I have been coming to this specific location just because of her and her team. I would recommend this location any day.

I find the staff in he pharmacy VERY Helpful and Friendly at all times. People who have expectations for good service should come with a good attitude. The store at 9141 S. Broadway in Highlands Ranch is open 24 hours. People in service positions can only provide services they are authorized by law to do. If there is a problem with your prescription when you walk in you are Very likely to leave without it. Also, insurance providers or lack of your insurance information is not the pharmacy's problem - it was yours when you walked in. I give this team a High-Five for all they have to work through and appreciate them Greatly! ~ peace

The person I spoke to from the pharmacy department on the phone was so helpful in getting my duplicate accounts merged, transferring a prescription and getting it ready for pickup less than an hour later. Great experience and customer service, thanks!

Had daughters prescription sent over from urgent care and it was not in stock. Amber in the pharmacy was incredibly helpful and so friendly she called over to the Dr. at urgent care to find next best option. Give this girl a Kudos!

I come here often and I always get incredible customer service from whoever is working but the cute young blonde lady that helps me out in the photos today really went above and beyond for me without her extreme customer service skills I would not have been able to complete my task I wish there was more people like her in the world

Had a prescription transferred and told them I would pickup later. Process was smooth and they​ had it ready before I could even finish shopping. Great customer service!!
