The notary was exceptional! She was running the whole place alone, had a line of people due to an international complication with a package, and still handled everything with kindness and grace.

Fantastic store with great employees to say the least. I'm honestly impressed by whoever is in charge of running the place as they appear to be doing a good job. They always answer their phone, email, and whenever you drop in, they're extremely pleasant. Thanks for treating us customers well!

I cannot recommend this UPS store more highly, but would give it 10 stars if I could. Ray and his staff were incredibly helpful and understanding when I had to ship some valuable jewelry to Massachusetts. He personally packed the items and allowed me to photograph every step for insurance purposes, gave me some good advice on what the safest services and shipping choices were so I felt very informed. Thank you, Ray!

I've been doing business with The UPS Store for years now. They make it convenient for me to pick-up mail there. They have always been friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them.

A week or two ago, we tried going to a UPS store near us just before 5pm, but found out they closed at 4pm. We called around and found this UPS store was open until 5pm. When we spoke to the employee, we explained that we were just a few minutes away and had a bunch of Amazon items that were due and asked if they would take us. Without hesitation, he said yes. When we got there, the two employees working there helped us with a lot of different items even though it had them there until after working hours. They could have told us no, but instead they exhibited excellent customer service and accommodate us anyways and were courteous while doing it. We haves lot of choices, but I would definitely recommend this UPS store if you’re in the area!

We get the most comprehensive help at this ups store. There are 2 other shipping store closer to us, both my wife and I go out of our way to come here. Very kind. Smart. Helpful. Efficient. Highly recommend.

This is a great UPS store! I come here to return Amazon packages and they are always efficient, friendly, and very helpful. Abhi is especially friendly and in tune to customer needs. I continue to choose this UPS store over other options for dropping off my Amazon packages because it is a great experience every time.

This UPS store employees and owner were extremely resourceful, professional and helpful in assisting get my personal belongings back home. Abhi worked for hours ensuring my things were packed and in fact they arrived safely. One major factor: he made sure the the shipment was most cost effective for me!

The manager Ray of this store is Awesome. I used to go to Safe Ship down the street before but they closed and I went here today and they have great customer service. Highly recommend this store. I will do all my business here.

I went in today to mail something and got the pleasure of working with an older gentleman that was so kind and sweet to my daughter. I genuinely drove out of my way to come to this store because the one by my house is run by an extremely rude woman. I am so happy I had this experience and now I know where to ship my packages from.

I love the convenience of this location. It is always open after I get off work as well so I can get things copied, faxed, scanned without any hassle or in no time at all. I was in on Wednesday night this week and needed to fax an item and found out by the 2 employees their, that I could email it for a cheaper price I truly appreciate it. It took me no time at all. I will continue to be a customer at this ups, thank you for saving me money.

This is a great store! The manager, Ray, is friendly, helpful, fast and extremely competent in taking care of a diverse set of tasks. He’s easy to talk to, answers all questions and makes it very easy to take care of your business! Highly recommend!!

I have UPS store conveniently located a few minutes from my house. But I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to this location because of excellent and fast service. I shipped two packages and got a document notarized and copied in less than 10 min.

I have been using this store for over a year, the employees have all been courteous and respectful. I get in and out in 1-3 minutes with my Amazon returns quickly. Thank you for the great service!

Dave and Michelle Hall are the best! Courteous, helpful, fun......they will come to your home and pick up anything and take it ti UPS for shipment! They have help me and my wife out of jams all the time - and rain or shine they will deliver........even if it has to be carried on a bycycle. I wish there were more that 5 stars for this review! I have shipped through this store for the last 3 years. All of my packaging goes through them. They are a great store with great customer service. I have never had to wait for very long. And the hours work great.
