Best Buy

I placed an order online for curbside pickup. My order was ready for pickup no more than 20 minutes after I placed the order. In my experience Best Buy usually takes an hour minimum- so this was a nice surprise!
I arrived and an associate was out in less than a couple of minutes. Fast, friendly, and convenient.

We had an excellent experience with a sales associate, Dani. She was knowledgeable and a joy to work with. She located the printer we wanted to purchase at a different store, then called that store and had it held for us. She also reminded us of price matching and an instant rebate with trade-in of our old printer.
We just heard that the Southglenn store is closing in March. I hope Dani will be moving to the Park Meadows location. She will be an asset wherever she ends up!

Thom's friendly demeanor and willingness to listen to my mom's specific needs truly set him apart. He patiently guided her through the different iPad models, explaining their features and benefits in a clear and understandable manner. Thom didn't push for the most expensive option but instead tailored his recommendations to suit my mom's budget and requirements, which we greatly appreciated.

I’ve been coming here for car electronics and installation on my R32 Skyline. Andre and Carlos are hands down the most trustworthy guys I’ve ever met in the auto industry. I’ll never let anyone else touch my car electronics. They’ve rebuilt my exterior lighting from the ground up to pass Colorado State Patrol vehicle inspections, added clear sound with a modern interface to the car for music enjoyment, an up to date security system with remote locks for ease of entry and convenience, as well as cleaned up all my electronics and wiring. I can’t say enough good things about these two and will keep going to them as long as they take work.

Nick in the auto department was so helpful and kind to me today. I had a car radio issue that not even my own dealership offered to fix, but I took my chances and stopped by Best Buy to see if they could help. It took Nick less than 5 minutes to get me what I was looking for. Great customer service!!

The GM at this location, Jake, is incredible. Super helpful for me as I bought a deep freezer. Couldn’t recommend this Best Buy any higher!!

We bought a refrigerator and the delivered it within 4 days. The only problem was the bend the frame around the fan and now it is noisy! They came and checked it and ordered a new one. But it won't be here until July.

After a slight mistake on price Ashley made it it good. Of all the Best Buys this is one of the best! I go here for smart watches, TVs, (back in day) stereo gear. They will take good care of you.

I didn't walk around checking each department for stocked products but, from what I could see while browsing, the store looked to be clean, organized, and it seemed to be well stocked on different products in various departments. The staff was friendly as well. All in all I had a good experience and would recommend driving the extra mile to check this particular store out if you like this review.

I went there for a computer monitor and the sales associate who was so very helpful convinced me to buy a brand that I have avoided like the plague due to bad experiences. She was correct in that it was everything she said it would be to fit my needs. She was an asset to the store because I had to wait for her and watched her as she assisted an elderly couple before me and she was ever so graceful with them answering all their questions and demonstrating how the device worked and would do what they needed it for.

Just had an over the range microwave installed. Great experience!! Jonathan and Jeremy were efficient, friendly, respectful of home, and cleaned up. Don't these guys look professional!!?

Went in to get Red Dead Redemption 2, and while I couldn't find it on the shelf, an associate was quick to let me know they have the copies of hot, newly released games locked up. Friendly staff! I will definitely be back for some more tech!

Friendly sales person on picking up a couple of tv's Very happy with the small and larger screens they helped me select. I double checked with the geek squad to see if they were familiar with the brand of the larger screen, and it was highly recommended.

Very wide selection. I still need to touch and feel items. I don't like to buy computers or expensive electronics from mail order. I have to see it and feel it and hold it. They are much easier to return items to than online. They match prices on Amazon. It is always nice to get your item right away instead of having to wait.

Got the pc and mm300 today. It's Awesome

Worked with Austin to install car speakers into my Jeep a while back and cannot say enough good things about our experience! His expertise and customer service will definitely bring us back to Best Buy Southglenn location.
