This was my second, and last, stop helping a friend car shop. We worked with Jim O'Connell and he was AMAZING. He was patient and kind, which was a big part of the decision since the previous place was on the pushy side. I was extremely impressed with Jim and everyone else on staff that interacted with us. While we would have committed to the car, the service we received will bring us back.

I actuallly didn’t buy my car from Courtesy, but I definitely will next time after how they took care of me with my RDX repairs. Jack in service, made me feel very appreciated, I knew my car was in good hands. They booked me my Uber both after I dropped it off to go home, and then again to go pick it up.

Malachi in the service department is great! He helped me out when I accidentally left my wallet in my car after dropping it off for an oil change and detail. I have a 2 and 4 year old and you cannot tell I have little humans because of how the great the interior detail was.

I haven't even bought the car yet, but I've had such an outstanding experience I felt a review was necessary.

This car dealer demonstrates true passion from the get go. Knowledgeable, kind, patient, and they truly care about the experience. Post COVID so many car dealers still have their head in the clouds, and as the market recovers service like you'll receive here is extremely rare. As a younger person it's more likely that I'm not treated as an actual customer, but even during the current initial stages of the buying process I've been shown nothing but respect and effort. Jimmy is my salesman, and he's top tier.

With so few choices of Acura dealers in Colorado, in comparison to other brands, this ones the one to go to. Even if it's just for answers they'll go above and beyond. I'll update when I take delivery of the vehicle, but there's not a doubt in my mind; the quality of service is guaranteed to stay the same.

Driving through Denver and needed my cooling system checked after a recent overheat, turned radiator replacement issue. Vanessa was incredibly helpful, got me in within the hour and I was driving again after a 15 minute wait! One of the best experiences with Acura I’ve had.

We drove all the way from Boulder to buy our MDX Advance from Courtesy. Let me tell you it was worth the drive. Not only did they give us the best deal (by almost a thousand dollars!) they were super knowledgeable, friendly, and applied zero pressure. Ask for Sean if you are buying! Great Service department from top to bottom. Kenneth Starke, is friendly, personable and helpful. Travis McCoy was just as helpful when Kenneth wasn't there and Chris Zimmerman, the Service director, is great as well. Even the porters and support staff are friendly and professional. Great team!

I can't say enough good things about Courtesy Acura!
Jimmy is an outstanding salesman who is really a genuine and compassionate person. We felt zero pressure when purchasing a vehicle.
Sam in the service department is an absolute guru and I completely trust his opinion when it comes to maintenance and recommendations.
We made the mistake of going from our previous Acura to another brand and had nothing but issues with the dealership and service department. Never again.

My experience with courtesy Acura has been stellar. The purchasing process for the vehicle went smoothly and I love my RDX. Today I had my first regularly scheduled maintenance at the service department. Scheduling was a breeze. My service advisor was delightful. The service took almost exactly the amount of time that they predicted. The wedding area was comfortable and it didn’t even seem that long. When I got into my car to leave there was a cold bottle of water and a treat waiting for me. Five star!

I had my oil change and tires rotation at the dealership and the service was impeccable. From little details like washing the mats to the little treats on the armrest and bottle water, this dealership really know how to provide first class service. Michael and Alec were fantastic during my visit and we will definitely come back when we’re in town again.

Not going to lie, I was pretty irritated I had to deal with a minor recall on my newer MDX. However, they scheduled it pretty quickly, were on time for my apt, and stuck to the identified time period of 90 minutes. Additionally, I got it back with the exterior washed, and the inside wiped down and vacuumed. (And I have 3 kids, so it was not in prime condition). There was also a mint left on the seat and a cold bottle of water in my cup holder. Their waiting room had plenty of amenities and plenty of seating and space for me to work while waiting. All in all, it was the most possible pleasant experience I could have possibly had, considering I didn’t want to come in at all! I did buy this Acura from them, and will continue to come back in the future.

Acura Littleton was amazing. Called, knew what I wanted, had gone through multiple other dealers prior who didn't have it in stock. They had what I wanted, facilitated the purchase in less than a day, got me in and out of there quick even though they had to stay open late while my kid ran around the place like a maniac. Friendly, professional and accommodating. Love my RDX. Love the A-Spec Package. Look at the specs compared to the Lexus and don't be dumb. Will absolutely buy another and from this dealership even though I'm 2 hours away. They were willing to go get my last minute request from New Mexico but I decided against it. Rick was great, highly recommend.
