Greeted immediately and helped right away to find the item I was looking for. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes! Great store with very friendly staff!

These guys rock. I went in and talked with a young kid who knew exactly what I needed to help me. He helped me sort through all the little drawers to find the parts I needed to remake a part for a electric scooter. He knew all the names and had some great ideas.

I own the Sport Clips that is in the same shopping complex as this Ace Hardware. I have visited many times for different odds and ends to fix up my shop and I've always received great customer service. Today, Larry, went above and beyond my expectations. He allowed me to borrow a ladder for a quick project, however I didn't notice closing time was 7pm and he waited an 15 extra minutes until I returned. I really appreciated that you went above and beyond. I will be back again I promise.

I was looking everywhere for a new Pit Boss 3 burner griddle. The store manage Bob took all of my phone calls to try and help me find one, and eventually helped me to order one over the phone and still gave me the online discount price. He then called me back a few hours later and said he actually found one in store and put it on hold for me. I went and picked it up but then the next day I saw it for a lower price elsewhere. I called Bob back and he was super eager to help me and ended up giving me a price match and refund for the difference back to my card. Bob was so helpful and saved me a trip by working with me over the phone. I live in Parker but would make the drive to Littleton just to shop here again. Thank you so much Bob!!

We went to the post office in the back. There was no line so it was quick to go in and out.

The absolute best place to shop when you need something for the house!!! I'm moving out of my home and needed lots of little things to fix a lot of things. I love that I can walk in, there's a wonderful person there waiting for me. I just show him what I need and he gets it for me!!! It saves me hours and hours walking around Home Depot or Lowe's and they may not even have it. I get what I want with personal service and great smiles !!!!

I love this store. I see a lot of people complaining about the return policy they have. Its a very simple concept. Return within 30 days with receipt, no seasonal/sale returns, returns from this store only. Not all Aces are the same, inventories and prices vary per store which mean returns from other stores can not be processed at this one. Its a franchise (personally owned) not corporate like highlands ranch. Read the recipt, follow instructions/policy and then it wont be a problem.

This is my go-to hardware store, they have crammed a lot into a small space. There is even a Post Office in the back of the store! While it doesn't have as big of a selection as a Home Depot or even other, larger Ace Hardwares, it does have a knowledgeable and helpful staff (their jingle is accurate here).

The staff here are super helpful. Even if I go in to spend a small amount, they are willing to give me advice related to my home repair problem of the day.

A huge advantage over the big box hardware stores is that you can get a small part you need, rather than buying a bulk pack that will just sit on your shelf.

I also appreciate that it's family-owned. At least one member of the owner's family is there on a typical Saturday. That's a great sign of their investment in the business!

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff! A tall older gentleman with a Rockies mask helped me out with a toilet repair and his knowledge made the repair much easier than it could’ve been! They all clearly knew their regulars and were kind enough to take phone calls for a woman who frequently visits the store (they all knew her by name) ❤

Came in looking for help with air compressor adapters for winterizing our irrigation system. John knew exactly what we needed and explained it perfectly! The best help we could’ve received.

There's plenty of Ace Hardware stores between where I live and this store but, I travel out of my way every time to this particular store because they always take the time to help me and they've taught me so much... yes, I can fix it myself (with their guidance). I love the 'gift' area and always spend time looking at those great items often picking up something for myself or a friend. Wonderful staff, clean store, everything you need.

I love going here for the feel of small town personalized service. Friendly all of the time. I especially like the post office. Never a line, easy and convenient. I almost hate to advertise because I like it for myself... but the business deserves it. Great place to get keys made and out of the ordinary gifts.

The gentlemen who work at this location are so incredibly helpful! I needed to figure out how to reuse a TV wall mount (long story) and not only did they help me with the perfect solution to re-mount the wall plate, but they also helped me solve a few other nagging problems with affordable, easy DIY solutions. Can’t say enough good things about their willingness to help, and offer creative, affordable solutions for the novice DIYer.

Ace is the place, and I hope it stays that way. Always helpful friendly people working there. Popcorn is always ready, but I feel for them having to clean that up all the time.

One of my more favorite Ace stores. Staff is always so pleasant. Much easier to find stuff in here than in that horrible home Depot. Sure you're going to pay a little more but it's worth it to help out a small business.

Always helpful. Decent stock in store. Sometimes busy, but they're friendly and can usually answer our questions and find what we're looking for. Don't have to wait for random employees to show up for the key kiosk, unlike another big chain store.
