Le Peep Broadlands

Walked in and was greeted by a friendly hostess....sat us in a booth. The server was quick and attentive! Coffee was great. Breakfast was tasty!

We ordered pineapple coconut pancakes and they were awesome! One of the best we've had.

We also ordered breakfast burrito with green chile. The chile was fabulous.

The chicken fried steak was very tasty.

Had a chance to try their pumpkin pancakes - so good! Quick service, kind people, overall great visit!

Wife and I decided to have a Brunch date before I had to go to work today. I got their Rock Lobster Scramble. It was literally the most creamy, delicious, buttery scramble I've ever had and I would get it 10x over in a heart beat. My wife got their Avocado Toast and a side of their Peasant Potatoes which she said was spicy and yet creamy and cool with the over easy egg on the top. They have a Pancake of the Month and this one is Apple Crisp Pancakes. You will not need the syrup for these I promise. They are perfectly sweet and even though they sat while we ate our meal they were still very much piping hot! I highly recommend this location to come to for sure.

The food was delicious as well as the chai tea latte. Evelyn M was our server and we couldn’t have had a better server! She was so nice and cheery and made our 1st trip to this location amazing. We definitely will be back!

As soon as we sat I asked for a gluten free menu and they were so knowledgeable about my allergy and all. It was delicious.

Love the food. 1 of the only places I can get gluten-free breakfast food that is good.

This was my first visit to a Le Peep. My girlfriend and I were warmly greeted by the hostess and our server. A toaster marshmallow hot chocolate is one of the seasonal drinks and our server was happy to make it into a latté for me to get my caffeine fix. We shared the breakfast burrito with chorizo along with the churro french toast and they we're great. The french toast was a bit sweet for my pallet and the burrito was awesome.

They were super busy on Sunday but we were ableto get a table after only 15 min wait. The staff was kind and fast - even when they were short staffed. The lunch was good - just a lot of food.

Delightful location and incredible local family owned and operated restaurant! Jim DiCroce, his daughter and his sister Laurie will make you feel like family.

My hubby and his friend frequent the restaurant a couple times a week and take advantage of the frequent diner cluck club.

It was delicious, custom house made batters, great menu options. the service was great, very friendly. It was so good I can not put it into words... They should have sent a poet.

Our family’s go to nearly every Sunday. Great staff, consistent food and the service is always so friendly! We will continue to look forward to our Sunday Brunch! This location weathered through the Covid storm, they show up when the entire world is short staffed. Prices everywhere have gone up, it’s the way now, not the fault of our local restaurants.

I work in the area as a public utility locator, and this became my regular spot with all the road work at 144 and Lowell Blvd (where they are located). Always on point!

I just love Le Peep. My favorite is the breakfast potatoes, they always bring me back! The staff is always amazing. Jordan was great! The best place for a tasty, filling breakfast!

The staff was very nice, mostly what appeared college-aged. The restaurant was clean and the menu selection is large, complete with calorie count. I asked about a fruit plate and was told I could substitute fruit for potatoes which I did. We will be back when in the area. Found this restaurant through Tripadvisor app, thank you!

Always a 5 Star Experience.
We've visited 10-15 times, and it is always exceptional.
The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Today, we started our meal sitting outside, then asked to move inside which is always challenging for any restaurant. No problem!
The server and kitchen aced our highly customized order.

Hello new brunch spot!! I’m living in Erie and hop over whenever I want a perfectly cooked breakfast. The service and food quality is CONSISTENTLY great. Even the young men serving (Dillon and another really tall lad) they’re very genuine and good at what they do. Know that as a former server, I’m always critical. The service and food has garnered my loyalty, leaving the punch card as a nice extra touch!
