I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Shofield. She is incredibly intelligent and focused and I appreciate the amount of time she spent on my case. She has been able to do more for me in one visit than any of the 47 doctors I have seen in the last ten years. I now I feel like I have a solid game plan in moving forward with regaining health. I came from out of state and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I waited almost a year to see Dr Schofield. In the meantime, I had been doing my own research on POTS trying to find something that would help as my local doctor didn't know how to help either. I was looking for a root cause to all my symptoms, when my local doctor was simply wanting to treat my symptoms (and not even treat, because I still had terrible POTS flare ups regardless of the medications we tried). Dr Schofield gave me renewed hope. She explained what was wrong with me in a way that made sense in a tangible way. She sincerely wants to help and I'm very grateful for her dedication and pioneering efforts in this field.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Schofield recently and it couldn’t have gone much better. The atmosphere of the office is the best I’ve ever experienced and her assistant, Chandra, is both extremely friendly and professional. My impression of Dr. Schofield is that she’s probably the best doctor I’ve ever been to. She answered more questions for me than all my previous doctors combined. It’s too bad her appointments are too expensive for many but the experience is so unique, pleasant, and educational that it is well worth the cost in my opinion. The entire day is very flexibly catered to your needs and your education as a patient, the office is by far the most welcoming and calming environment of all the offices I’ve been to, and the people are super empathetic and compassionate.

Daughter has been under Dr. Schofield's care for eight years. She listened, researched, and has always made herself available when we needed her most. She's always learning and isn't afraid to be frank when needed. Having walked with our daughter and our family from our most hopeless period through a pretty hopeful present, we can't say she's just a doctor to us. Not sure what would have happened without her help.

Both Chandra and Dr. Schofield were wonderful. It was so refreshing to have a physician spend time learning about me as a whole and not just a spine or a foot or a knee, etc. The day was very interesting and I can’t wait to learn more about the large amount of information I’ve already learned over the period of one day about my condition, and what I can do moving forward to improve my quality of life.

Am forever grateful. Dr Schofield gave me undivided attention. Chandra is so patient and calm, what an amazing team. She went over my records and I honestly still can't believe I finally know what's going on with me. She actually listened to me and understood how i felt and explained what was going on in my body. Am looking forward to getting my quality of life back, following the treatment plan and doing the things I used to do before my covid vaccine reaction and just getting healthy again, its been long overdue. I will highly recommend her to all my friends and family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are truly one in a million.

I was alone, sick, and scared. My doctor couldn't address the underlying causes. Dr Schofield identified the issues and provided a detailed treatment plan. Truly life saving!

After having years of unanswered questions regarding my health I was able to have them all answered here in one day. I feel that Dr. Schofield and her office assistant, Chandra, were able to assist me in finding the right answers. I was greeted with warm and welcoming arms in an environment I've never experienced before. She spent hours with me, almost an entire day, just diving into my medical history and learning about what I was struggling with. I couldn't be more grateful for her and her team. It was worth the wait and price you pay to be seen by someone who cares and understands. Being sick for so long and developing PTSD from other doctors offices that push you away when they don't have answers was completely discouraging. I don't think she couldn't have been more spot on with my symptoms and helping me classify the issues and rooted cases. I highly recommend everyone who hasn't had answers for years to set and appointment. Thank you so much for guiding me in the right direction and caring about me as a human being.

Jill and her assistant Chandra were very accommodating from the start. They made us feel comfortable in the office, and we were the only ones there, so we had all Dr. Jill’s attention. She thoroughly described my diagnosis and confirmed them through accurate testing. She sent me a written report of the whole visit that same day. I’ve had issues for a long time and with her knowledge and experience, she was able to help come up with a treatment plan. I’m very excited to feel better than I ever have!

We love Dr Schofield! She has been helping my daughter manage POTS, MCAS, EDS and more. From the beginning, she believed everything my daughter said about her symptoms. She didn’t dismiss anything. She has a wealth of knowledge that she is willing to share and I feel it truly makes me a partner in my daughters health care. She doesn’t rush, she doesn’t give up and she always has a backup plan. In the time we have been seeing Dr. S, my daughter has finally started to make improvements and I know it’s because God led us to the right doctor. Can’t thank her enough!

Dr. Schofield was very helpful in guiding me through treatment options for my current crisis. She understands complex issues and is knowledgable in what may hurt/hinder/flare/or help my current situation.

Update: March 2024: Dr Schofield continues to be an invaluable resource for me as I navigate the complexities of MCAS and chronic urticaria.

After 4 years of chronic illness, 30+ doctors, and countless incorrect diagnoses, Dr Schofield and Chandra were able to get to the bottom of what’s going on. I finally feel confident in my diagnosis and have immense trust in their ability to get me feeling significantly better!

I’m struggling with nonspecific autoimmune dysfunction. Rheumatologists and Immunologists were unable to identify any problems, but my Hem/Onc found APS, which is most certainly an autoimmunity. Not only is Dr. Schofield a published, highly accredited MD, she understands complex autoimmune disorders. I feel very appreciative and empowered. She’s amazing. I recommend her highly.

Chandra is lovely, warm, welcoming, and helped me be at ease and know what to expect with my visit. Dr Schofield helped me understand potential triggers, find proper diagnosis, and after years I finally have answers and a plan of action to get to a better place.

Dr. Schofield, Chandra and the Center for Multisystem Disease are incredible. After being told by five doctors that I was out of options for my Addison’s Disease, Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, POTS, hEDS, and MCAS etc, Dr. Schofield gave clarity and hope. She dedicated extensive time to throughly investigate my medical history, provided new ideas, discovered details overlooked by other doctors and established a plan of action to follow. I was blown away by her honesty and true desire to not only treat me but provide education about each of my diagnoses. Thank you all.

Dr. Schofield is extremely helpful in managing my chronic conditions. I have a much better quality of life that I thought wouldn’t be possible again. She listens to my concerns, is never dismissive of my symptoms, and is always looking to see what she can do to help. I wish every doctor could be like her! I am so incredibly thankful!

Dr. Schofield is so very thorough and has been able to figure out things no other physician has after 20 years of trying lots of therapies and doctors. I'm finally getting some relief from symptoms and have gone from debilitated to functioning!

Once again Dr Schofield was more than generous with her time and caring!
She is so unusual. She epitomizes what we all want in a doctor! So smart. Up to date. Creative. Optimistic.
One could see her and simply feel better for the time with her and her attention!
I am inexpressibly grateful to have found her and that she sees me despite having a huge roster of patients.

Amazing... Dr. Schofield listened well and synthesized all my many issues in a way I felt she really got the big picture. She then focused on a clear strategy about what I can do. Previous physicians would get a few pieces of my health puzzle and ignore the rest,. Schofield really does live up to the tall order of her clinic name: a center that addresses multisystems. A relief and gift for people with many, many challenging issues.

I've been tossed around like a hot potato, doctors saying years ago my issues were psychogenic, more lately that they can't help me. I feel empowered now. I have a clear dignosis and know what to do. For people with mast cell activation and autoimmune syndromes, this really is amazing.

The receptionist was also very kind and understanding. That plus a calm, beautiful office made for a productive and easy four plus hour appointment. Thank you so much! I feel I'm going to get my life back.

Dr. Schofield is incredibly thorough, compassionate, brilliant, authoritative, knowledgeable, and patient. She ended up having a 5.5 hour appointment with me, and I feel so much more hopeful about my future now. A great doctor for anyone with severe POTS and MCAS (and other autoimmune and immune "mysteries) who has not been helped by standard treatments. Chaundra is fantastic too!
