Dr. Craig Erickson is the best doctor I have ever had in my 57 years of life. He is very knowledgeable in his field of work and assures me that I am in good care. We communicate by email and he always has a solution that is in my best interest. I like the fact that we can discuss my issues and agree on a plan to resolve them.

Everyone is always attentive and kind! MA Maria, Intuitive eating instructor. Olivia and my provider Kyle Phillips are just wonderful! As a Medicaid insured person I receive kinder and more comprehensive care than I’ve ever received in the past 40years that I was on commercial insurances through former employers. Thanks, Lori

Dr. Gonzales is very compassionate, caring and she is very thorough in making sure that she addresses every concerns and follow ups necessary even beyond what the main concern is for the visit. She consistently shows that she knows her patients really well and she tailors the care plans not only on her knowledge as a doctor but also based on the patients’ feedback about the care plan results.

She is always going above and beyond our expectations! My mom’s health continuously improves under her care. 😊

It is a safe and welcoming environment.
The personnel and the nurses are loving and attentive.
The Doctors and Doctor’s assistants, pay close attention to your needs and your conversations, always doing the best to help you feel better.

I have loved Stride as a whole for many years now. They are always there for my family. While the appointment times are admittedly short, this is how they give high-quality health care too many. It also keeps health issues at the forefront. While vaccines are on the list one day, I can get into another appt quickly for other conversations. I think this is a great model. The Dr.s are typically great, I've had one bad egg she was just uninvolved. That's one out of about 50 my family of 6 has come in contact with and I never saw her again. I won't say which docs are the best because I'll never get an appointment 🤣 I will say there are so many great caregivers in this network that it won't matter and now that they finally switched to a new computer network it's getting easier to get connected. I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr.Erickson and his staff. I was pretty much in full blow crisis when I went to him. He is very kind and knowledgeable. Dr.Erickson spent about 2 hours listening to what I had to say while getting me referrals to the appropriate specialists. I am pleased to say that after 10+ years here in CO I finally have a good (GP) that I trust. I would definitely recommend this Dr. to family and good friends.

Dr. Vidales is the best. She is very caring and professional. My whole experience was positive. From checking in at the door then the window. To getting vitals with the nurse. Seeing my Dr was informative and satisfying. Also had blood work. They were very prompt, friendly and professional there too. Over all was a 5.

I've always had an amazing experience here. My Dr is patient, kind and educational. All of the other staff have also been very supportive. They've helped me with resources not only related to my medical issues but also my over all well being ie; food, transportation, housing etc. I feel like everyone here from the receptionists, lab techs and Drs alike actually care about me and go above and beyond what would be expected of them normally.

Also the facility is always spotless, the rooms comfortable and private, I've never been kept waiting for more than 5 minutes or so and it's always fast and easy to schedule or reschedule my appointments whether over the phone or in person at the facility. There's also a Walgreens right across the street which is super convenient to pick up my prescriptions.

I love these hard working women at STRIDE. Dr Kramer is one of the BEST doctors that I've ever had, and I am grateful for all of their expertise and efforts. They really do care about their patients and are wonderful people!! I highly recommend them.

I have been a Stride patient for a while and my doctor Mrs.Grace is very Professional, caring, helpful and understanding. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and kind. It's a wonderful doctor's office. They make sure everyone in the building( Patients and Staff) are secure and safe. The Doctores and Nurses make you feel comfortable going to this office. They are taking the proper measures to make everybody feel safe during this historic time, we are all going through. Its been a tuff year for everybody, please take the time to thank all of our Health care workers, for their service to the people of this nation. Thank you all so very much. GOD BLESS you all.

I was very impressed with the kindness, attention, n help I was given. Ive even made the NP who helped me as my new PCP. Also love they are affiliated with my therapist through JEFFERSON CENTER. So I know its all available to all my doctors my medical records. Overall, wonderful experience.....

Very professional. Getting sick is not ideal for anyone the stride office and team made the experience better. From the front desk checking in was easy. To the PA Jessica Gadberry. She was very attentive and helped assured me that we would find a solution to my situation. Highly recommend on customer service and professionalism.

The front desk staff are exceptional, polite, and efficient and made my first check in very easy.

Morgan Wimberly is obviously highly knowledgeable, shows awareness of trauma informed practices, and did an excellent job of assessing my concerns.

Cannot report back on the effectiveness of treatment plan yet, but it was nice to feel heard and to be addressed respectfully and with patience by a western medical professional.

I appreciate meeting with someone who is knowledgeable and knowledgeable about how to talk with patients about their concerns in a direct way without condescension.

Would recommend.

My experience here with my provider Ashleigh Makala is and always has been excellent! She listens to her patients, provides them with answers and options for their care. She cares. She deserves more than 5 stars!! The level of care is by far the BEST! Thank you again!

My first trip in as a new patient and the whole staff was super friendly and welcoming. Dr. Chelsea not only answered my questions but provided helpful information for other things as well. (Skin care routine)

I have always been more than satisfied with the Physicians, PA's , the Medical Assistants, the people at the front desk in the office and when I call in over the phone! Everyone has always been so helpful and kind and the office is always been professional and so welcoming! I have never once had to wait on my Dr. they have always been early or right on time! I've been going to Stride for many years and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!!

My primary care physician has been my primary for almost 2 years. She listens to my problems and always gives me the best care. I've been with Stride community for more than 4 years (since my open heart surgery) And this is probably the best agency I've been too.

I've never felt more helped in a healthcare system than I have here. I literally drive 2 hours to come here because I know I'm getting listened to and cared for—I'm of a vulnerable population that doesn't always receive great medical care or advice, but I've always been treated with such priority and respect with Stride that I will absolutely keep making the journey. And my provider Jane Lose, a treasure of a human being in general, has always taken time to check in on my life, health, and treatments from other providers to ensure I am getting not only technically excellent care but COMPASSIONATE AND THOUGHTFUL care. And almost everything I need is under one roof—I get my labs ordered, taken, and am given results often within 24 hours! It's crazy! Two stories:

1. I had a weird dot that wouldn't heal on the side of my head. Having worked with skin cancer materials before, I was unsettled, but I had two local dermatology offices tell me just to have my GP look at it and maybe refer me (which I knew would take weeks). Ok then! I did! My provider at Stride took in my concerns that week, agreed with them, removed the spot for a biopsy *that minute*, and let me know my results *the next day*. It was in fact a tumor, but benign, and she explained to me exactly what it was and what had caused it. A near month of worry just lifted right off my shoulders. FOUR MONTHS LATER, she asked me during an unrelated appointment if it ever grew back (it had not)—but I didn't even see her check my chart first. She is so on the ball.

2. I have an upcoming surgery that requires letters of recommendation from my doctor and a behavioral health specialist for my insurance. I've had to wait a very long time for the appointment, however, since the letters were written. My last visit to Stride, Jane asked about my surgery date, and then said, by the way, your insurance only accepts letters that are six months old. I almost freaked, because it had taken me a month to coordinate my first letters, and working with the hospital where my surgery needs to be (alas, not part of Stride) was sometimes a nightmare! But Jane not only updated one letter and gave it to me in physical and electronic forms in five minutes, but snagged a Stride behavioral health person to speak with me TEN MINUTES LATER so she might update that letter too. Folks, I didn't even know about this requirement for a surgery Stride wasn't even doing, but Jane not only knew off the top of her head, but got me squared away IMMEDIATELY so I wouldn't have to suffer through the process later. And while I was waiting, a totally different person, Colleen (a Stride care coordinator,) came in, warmly explained a lot of other things Stride does that I didn't even know about, got to know me, and gave me her personal extension in case I needed help connecting to any other services after my surgery.

Am I overwhelmed by experiencing such human warmth in the medical system? Sometimes. Would I hide a body for these people? Yes. I often have friends/family tell me of their experiences with their own doctors, and every day I am grateful for the worry and suffering and confusion being with Stride has lifted from my life. It's been like tripping face-first into some medical utopia compared to so many things I've seen and helped others through. Thank you, Jane, and everyone else. The only trouble you cause is the fact that now I'll be holding all my future doctors to your high standards.

My experience yesterday at the Lakewood Stride clinic was top notch. I was thoughtfully screened at the door, and carefully guided to my check-in point. I had a brief wait before being called back to see my PCP. I loved everything about my time with my PCP—she listened to my concerns and frustrations about my health issues, and then we made a plan together that would return me to wellness with fewer obstacles and maximum success. I felt heard, seen, and validated. Thank you!!

I thought I was going to go in and be seen for 15 minutes and be rushed out the door without feeling any sort of relief. That was not the case at all. Dr. Jane Lose did an absolutely fantastic job being patient and thorough with me with all of my concerns. She went above and beyond for me and I'll be happy to keep going back to her.
