Safeway

This was the perfect neighborhood shopping experience for me. I have been going to a competing chain that was nearby, but will not do that again. The difference was such an uplift I think it would be unethical for me to spend my money at my local spot. The underlying focus at Safeway is excellence, whether quality of the food they carry or service they provide. This means it is spacious, spotlessly clean, carefully presented. I found all I came for: fresh vegetables, not plastic wrapped, organic, reasonably priced. Getting a shot gives us 10% off our bill, and is efficiently provided in the privacy of a room setup just for that, with a comfy waiting room. Bathrooms are locked, but opened with no wait. Everyone wants to help us, and they have a boxlike tote that changes everything where bottles are concerned - $4 and sturdy but lightweight.
Please don't let them join Kroger, it will only lower our shopping experience.

Very good national chain grocery store. Store was very clean and organized, the staff there were friendly and accommodating. It was very easy to find everything we were looking for. There was a pharmacy, Deli, health food section, and all the Foods grocery store would be expected to have. Prices were excellent and they even have grab-and-go pre-made foods to eat.

While this is a great store to shop, friendly staff, clean . You have to be careful when you are checking out, often the in-store deals are not put into the system and cashier does not always know, so just watch when they ring the item up, that the sale prices show up . Check out your sale prices match the item on the sales receipt...

I received great service from Richi and a really tall gentleman from the freezer department. Thank you for going above and beyond 🙏. Your hard work is being noticed. 😊

Roni is an excellent employee and the company is lucky to have such a genuine kind individual working for them. I drive a couple extra miles everytime I grocery shop because of his customer service. 10/10. When he is not there... This place seems understaffed

I worked for Safeway for 12 years, so my standards are high. I had given up on my local store, but recently moved to this area and Safeway is closer than kings. Every visit has been good. The store is well stocked, clean, fresh and staffed. There were employees in every department on a Friday at 6:30- amazing. Ethan was my cashier and he was super friendly and kind. Outside was clean as well, and the parking lot is maintained. Seriously a gem of a store with an awesome team!

Wonderful trip for another great grocery store for residents to shop. Thank God for some of the friendliest employees. Thanks to you all in providing excellent service. God bless us all for having Safeway Grocery Stores to purchase groceries and other products we need in caring for our personal care.

Great selection and prices on everything! The customer service is genuine and helpful. Unfortunately they are a tad understaffed at checkout for such a busy location! This isn't a complaint though! My experience was amazing and I got everything I needed at a fair price.

I like this store for many reasons. They always have lots of items in stock, their staff is overly friendly and it's never really crowded at this location. I get my prescriptions here and just love the pharmacist and their staff.

I've never had any issues shopping here and will continue to do so for as long as I love in the area. They're worth the drive from a further distance than which I drive (~2 miles). Great location, hands down.

I was just at Safeway today, Tuesday, November 29, 2022, I had the good-luck of having Pedro as the cashier that checked us out. Pedro scanned, and packed our groceries with more care than I ever recall anyone ever doing so. He was gentle, friendly and considerate. I so very much appreciated Pedro’s excellent work ethic.

The store is large, well stocked and beautifully clean. I found everything I needed and more. My visit actually saved me from making 2 other stops because of what I found at Safeway! The staff is extremely nice and efficient. You have to shop this store!

Better than Soopers, price and selection. Good family bundle on meat. Save about half or more, depending on current sales.

Having been an exclusive King Soopers shopper for the past 30 years, I am amazed at the comparison of the two stores shopping apps. Safeway wins hands down for ease of use and the bargains that can be found there. I won’t be an exclusive Safeway shopper but I'll be going there more than any other grocery store in the future. I have been very impressed with their O Organics line quality and selection.

Saw some grapes on sale for $1.49/lb but didn't notice a digital coupon was needed. The cashier kindly took care of the problem, saving me $4.00. That's customer service!

Since I've been here in Denver, Safeway has been that go to store for me. I make cooking videos and a lot of. my ingredients come from here. So when I want the best dish I come here for the freshest. Thanks for being that great store for me to shop at.

So I read something online where they said the rotisserie chicken was best at Safeway compared to Costco king Soopers etc. I was super excited...... Well it wasn't but the fried chicken was amazing (don't judge me it was a cheat day) the rot. Chicken was awful it's still in the fridge because I'm lazy but it's under the Costco rot. Chicken that I've been eating

I just moved here and the cashier bella was very sweet and made my visit very welcoming. This will be my new go to store.
