Great shop! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient salespeople. Didn’t have the shoe color my wife wanted in stock in Golden, so they had it shipped to our home in the mountains from another location for free. Great experience, highly recommended.

I love Runners Roost! Today was my second time buying shoes here & I can confidently say that I will be coming back here to buy my next pair when needed. Bob was also super helpful and listened to all of my needs. He juggled multiple customers at once by himself and gave each customer attention. I would recommend going here to anyone and I love my new shoes!

Awesome running shop in town. I know it's a chain store, but it definitely felt like a local spot that's connected with the community which I really liked. Abby helped me a ton choosing a new road running shoe. She was super knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and more. I didn't purchase a shoe the day I chatted with Abby. I slept on the decision, went back a couple of days later and another employee (didn't ask her name sorry 😢) was able to help me order the specific size and color I wanted. They didn't have it in store at the time but were happy to get it in for me. Overall I have nothing but positive things to say about the store. The staff was helpful and friendly and easy to work with.

Both sales people at this location spent a lot of time trying to fit my odd feet. They were courteous and helpful. They never rushed or pressured me. Even though I didn't end up with shoes, I will be back next spring when new models come in. Prices are fair. Store is well maintained and employees know a lot about their shoes.

Amazing shop with knowledgeable and kind employees. The weekly run club is an amazing community to join for all levels and plus you’ll get so much free stuff from sponsors (I got some free Hokas) and free beer.

They have an excellent selection of walking/ running shoes. The staff is very friendly & helpful. Definitely recommend this place.

This is Such a wonderful store and absolutely will be my go-to from now on ! I came here needing to get new shoes and was helped by the Incredible Bob - he was so attentive and patient, and made sure I found shoes that worked for me. He took the time to answer my questions and provide options for me, which I majorly appreciated. Even though I'm not a runner, they had the shoes I need to support me while I'm on my feet all day, even in colors and styles I hadn't found online. Overall, I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of some new tennis shoes, or athletic apparel and gear ! Come support this local business that provides wonderful service to the community!

This is my favorite running store. They specialize in very high end running shoes and lots of other running related clothes and products. What I like best about this store is that it is owned and staffed by expert life long runners. I've received great advice from various employees and the owners over the years on what shoes to use and how to cope with Plantar Fasciitis. This shop has got me hooked on this Hoka brand of running shoe which I've found to be profoundly the best trail running shoe I've ever owned. On my second pair.

I went in on a Saturday morning looking for a new pair of running shoes. Over the last 10 years I've worn a couple of different brands, and I needed some help figuring out the best fit for me and my current fitness endeavors. The sales associate that I worked with was very knowledgeable and helped me land on the right shoe for me. Great variety of shoes to choose from. The store wasn't busy, and they have their own parking lot (I say that for those who are concerned about trying to find parking in golden!). This will definitely be my home for finding quality running shoes.

I went on a referral from my PT to talk to Josh. So glad I did! He was super knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and explain and evaluate you correctly to put you in the proper shoe. I’ll definitely be back!

This is the only place I'll go for my running needs. They have a great selection and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Fantastic folks here. We are so lucky to have great specialty running stores around here and this is one of the best.
It is not the closest store to me, but worth a trip. Also, easy to break in new shoes around Golden or right onto trails at South Table Mtn. They know their stuff and have top notch gear. Love to support this kind of place and grateful they are looking strong post pandemic.
Called earlier this week to talk over a couple of things with Isaac and then came in over the weekend, so glad I did. New shoes and love the feeling I get talking to everyone there, staff and customers both.

Aby one of the lovely humans working at RR helped out SO much finding the perfect new pair of running shoes — they are extremely knowledgeable/approachable/kind/patient and got me into some wonderful shoes! Will absolutely be back after I trash these 😬

Abby was fantastic and very helpful! She really knows her stuff and helped me pick the right shoes for my somewhat tricky feet. Not to mention that there was a great atmosphere in the store!

The couple that run this store are fantastic! They are so incredibly friendly and helpful. We've bought a couple pairs of running shoes and some sunglasses and socks. We got a great deal every time. I won't shop for running shoes anywhere else now. Plus it's a local business which is great.

I absolutely love this store! I am currently training for an ultra marathon and I buy all of my shoes and running supplies from here. I get excited to come in the store because of the wonderful staff. Deb, Nancy, and Alex rock!! They have been so accommodating to me and special order my size shoes. I am a lifelong customer.
