Family Dollar

I had a problem with I had product and DON handled it like a true professional. This has been the best experience I have ever had at a family Dollar. The store is organized and neat and the staff was friendly. Thanks Don for handling my problem. Like a sales professional !!!

I was having a terrible night and the sales rep. Don made my night better and my shopping experience excellent. I will forever return to family Dollar in Golden as long as he is employed!

Don the manager was extremely efficient and professional. I was having issues with my account and he helped me out in seconds.

They have Wonder Bread, Nature’s Own and Tastykakes now..

I was driving 8 hours to Golden to spend my daughters birthday with her and I called ahead to have 24 helium balloons filled and ready for pickup. Cheryl answered the phone and took the order. She then called me back to give me an exact selection of birthday balloons and everything was ready when we arrived. Great customer service from Cheryl.

Update! I had special ordered, that was
misplaced and Jasmine was wonderful
in making sure I was notified and given time to retrieve the product. She's a great and supportive employee. She's the reason for the 5 stars!

I, got lost a ran into this Dollar Tree a while ago & decided to make that long drive to go out to get my Valentine's products...
Vicki, runs a very clean & stocked store. Her, staff is awesome as well....they are all very courteous, friendly & professional. LOVE IT!!!!

This is one of the cleanest and more organized stores of this kind that I've been. They have a very good selection and variety of products and the personnel is kind and helpful. The only one thing that I would suggest to the owners of this store, is to hire more employees. You can literally see that sometimes is too much work for the amount of people you have working there. Other than that, I would recommend the Golden Dollar Tree store to anyone! Keep working that way, guys! :-)

This Dollar tree location is the BEST in Colorado! It is stocked all the time and it is sooo clean and organized. They have alot of items that other Dollar trees do not have. Keep up the excellent work at keeping this location super clean & organized.

Store has gotten better over the last month or so. I enjoy coming into this one because it is always stocked and you have everything I need when I am there, even the new manager Kim knows me by name and helps me when needed. I will be back this week. Thanks again

The manager Melody was fantastic. She was very attentive and went out of her way to see if they had the picture frames I wanted. Pleasant lady.

Thus is a smaller store and they have had some problems with management lately, which causes the store hours to be unpredictable. The staff is really nice though and the store is layed out well.

I like Dollar Tree, but I do not like the Family Dollar is with Dollar Tree at this location.

Always a good deal. Store was in great order and it was easy to find everything. Too bad no shipping tape sold here.
