Hawthorne Townhomes

Fantastic move in experience. Jett, Skyler, Vicky were all super kind and accomodating with some requested changes we had.

The upkeep and care of the property is top-notch and my one small maintenance request was handled within 12 hours.

The community itself, I am really enjoying so far. The amenities are very nice and the neighbors are very friendly and quiet. I'm in an interior unit surrounded by 2 others and haven't heard a peep from either side which is a pleasant surprise.

Very easy check-in process. We love the amenities and how safe the community is. Only complaint would be delivery drivers tend to deliver packages to wrong doors or to the clubhouse door, but that's more on Amazon drivers.

My family and I lived here for just over 4 years and would have been there for many more years if it were not for needing to be in a single floor house due to some physical conditions.

1. The property staff has always been available, supportive and attentive to any concerns or needs we had. We will sorely miss this above all. Vicki, Jett, Skyler and Sadie made this place a little piece of heaven in this crazy world.

2. The amenities were to die for. We had many, and I mean many, parties in the club house and loved that we NEVER had to worry about not having enough room, food or entertainment. Everyone loved the experiences and memories we shared at the events.

3. My children lived in the pool from the beginning of the season to the end. They will miss this the most. The pool got a little crowded at times, however, that never deterred them from being water guppies.

4. I never felt unsafe or worried about my children running around in our community. I felt so safe that we played night tag with our Nerf guns on almost all warm nights. My friends felt safe enough to let their children run wild with ours too.

5. Having Dali Crepes right there made little family date nights during nasty weather still possible. Music nights were the best, even if not dining at the establishment.

I already miss Hawthorne, all it had to offer and the people who made it possible to call home.

Lived here for 3 years, great place to live. Close to downtown and everything going on, with all the space of a townhome.

Jett and Vicki from the office were always friendly and great to work with.

Luis was the best for maintenance. I'd put in a request and he'd have it fixed same day most of the time.

Will miss Hawthorne!!

We loved living at Hawthorne. It's close to downtown, clean, and safe.

It has all the amenities plus a dog park and garden boxes.

The management team was always professional, friendly, attentive, and cared about our situation.

We were sad to have to move. If we even need to live near downtown again we would love to live there.

I just moved in from Ohio. I love this place. It's a gated community and offers an incredible amount of amenities- pool, hot tub, gym, Luxor package delivery system, and others. The three bedroom townhomes are excellent. Jett/Hawthorne went above and beyond to fix an issue caused by a former tenant, no questions asked. Skyler really helped me by setting up a pick-up of keys and move-in documents from my Luxor package delivery box and helped to make my move in seamless. The whole team, including the maintenance team, are courteous and great to deal with. I don't regret my decision to move here.

Such an incredible place to live. The move in and move out process was seamless and even after some wear and tear we received almost the entire deposit back. The gated neighborhood is very safe, the neighbors are nice, and the management is very responsive and helpful. Do yourself a favor and take a tour!

I’ve been in a townhome here for several months now. In that time, we’ve requested the assistance of the townhome employees several times (for maintenance, package pick-up, etc.). They’ve consistently been very responsive and helpful. The complex is safe and well-maintained. I appreciate the amenities. I’ve been renting for over a decade now and this is the best experience I’ve had.

Everything was so awesome and worry free. I love the staff and the community. Jett absolutely sold us on choosing Hawthorne as our new home in the first meeting. We just love the atmosphere.

We’ve lived here since these were first built in 2019 and seen different management companies and maintenance come through since then. The current staff is excellent and really have their stuff together! We recently experienced a plumbing issue that caused some water damage to the carpets and drywall in the garage. The management and maintenance team responded within minutes of us calling them, got clean up crews and plumbers on site immediately and handled the entire thing very quickly and professionally. They went above and beyond our expectations and we are so grateful for their efforts! We are happy to continue living here. Excellent location too.

We moved to Hawthorne for a year while our avenues home was being renovated. We had a wonderful experience. The staff was excellent and took care of every need. The location is very family-oriented, and I absolutely love the dog parks for my dog, Sam. Very clean and well taken community.

Hawthorne has been an amazing place to live. We love the pool, clubhouse and Dali Crepes right next door (try the peach smoothie🥰). It’s clean, quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. Our fridge went out last weekend and they replaced it immediately, I was so impressed. Jett and Vickie are the best!

I had issues with a shower that made terrible noises when used. It is nice to have a quiet shower back.

I lived at Hawthorne for a year and overall, I’d recommend it! The only reason for not renewing my lease was because my roommate and I decided to forgo the space and amenities we had here for something cheaper. I only needed to call maintenance once while living here and they arrived within 48 hrs to address a non-emergent issue. Whenever I called the office to ask a question they were polite and thorough in their answers. Overall, it’s a fairly quiet complex and conveniently located. Master bedroom is huge and the appliances are nice!

The maintenance team was always so on top of things, the amenities were nice, the community did some fun events, and the office staff is really nice and helpful (shoutout to Jett)! The only problems I ever had which weren’t big was the South Gate being closed ALOT, and the hot tub being closed on and off.

The front office folks are an incredible group of people. They are very informative and kind with anything pertaining to living here. The maintenance folks are really good and down-to-Earth people. The only downside is that the cost of living is high for my income, but if I had the means, I would definitely stay here for the good people who work and maintain this place. Thank you!!

I love living at Hawthorne and have lived here since they opened almost two years ago. I love the space, the two-car garage, the fact it's gated and they have a pool. It's my favorite place to be in the summer! The location isn't as convenient compared to places in Sugar House or Downtown, however you are quick 5 and 10 minute drive respectively to those areas. There is great freeway access too which is huge for me since I travel around SL County for work. Everyone in the office is very friendly and they are proactive in communication. You can tell they care about the community and are always willing to help!

We love living in Hawthorne townhouses, the staff that works here have always been very attentive and efficient, they always seek to solve your problem and prevent it from happening again.
The gym, the jacuzzi, the pool and the clubhouse are great, the cleaning staff always keep the common areas clean and disinfected, it has two dog parks that make your friend have fun and relieve themselves, the finishes of the townhouses are first class, we have not had any problems, The neighbors are very friendly and there is no noise after hours allowed so it makes it a super comfortable neighborhood,
I think you should come to know this place because its locations and amenities make it an incredible place to live since it is practically half on the way from anywhere, the main garage keeps a good security inside the place,
We cannot fail to mention that we have a delicious place Dali Crepes Restaurant where you will want to live eating their dishes, it does not matter that you do not live here, you must come to try this place !!!!
