There's a reason I keep coming back to this Buckle over and over again! It's the only store I get jeans from and I can always find something cute for an event. What makes them the BEST though is their staff - I went in yesterday looking for an outfit to wear to a concert and started grabbing a bunch of stuff to try on. What I ended up buying was not anything I grabbed but what Leslie and Hannah picked out for me! They checked in to see how things were fitting and picked out things for me to try on that I wouldn't have thought to try! I'm so so excited to wear this outfit tonight! Go see Leslie or Hannah or honestly anyone at the citadel Buckle - they're amazing!!

Great jeans, great staff, great prices. Definitely recommend Departwest denim and Outpost shirts!

I’ve shopped here many years. And if in-person businesses and retailers wish to stay in business long term they will heed this review.

Between the customer service, the layout of store, the products and quality of said, the ease of online ordering, the app, all of it, perfect. The two store reps that normally help me, Dani and Hannah are fantastic. They know your fit before you even realize. They can remember the products you like while you forget. Before I can even speak, they already realize I’m there to pick up my order and ready to go. They know style, and make recommendations while also giving you plenty of space and time to think. It’s the perfect blend of good salesmen. Yes this requires someone good in sales, they are here to prevent buyers remorse. They can help guide you in most useful ways. I know and with the utmost confidence I can walk out with something that fits and looks good. If they don’t have it, ordering it online with them is easy peasy.

There’s many reliable brands that never go away here which means I know they will always have something familiar but also with new stuff also rotating multiple times a week. If something doesn’t end up working out in my favor their return policy is very generous compared to most modern businesses these days. With all this said. Other businesses should look upon and try to follow Buckles business model.

Hannah is AMAZING! She helped me find the perfect jeans and even recommended other styles which I will be back to buy. The customer service I received today will have me returning for many future purchases. Thank you again Hannah for making me feel like an absolute STAR ☺

Love love love all the clothes we buy here, not to mention the excellent customer service. Dani (the manager) lets me know when there are new items that she thinks our family would love, & we've yet to be disappointed in any of her recommendations or suggestions. Every employee I've encountered has been friendly & helpful! My idea of "fashion" is yoga pants & t-shirts.... so it's refreshing to go in & receive assistance in putting together stylish outfits!

Every staff member here is amazing. I came into buckle to re invent my style and try some things I never have before! Hannah went above and beyond helping me and spent over an hour making sure I found the right items. I highly recommend shopping here because you will always be taken care of. Love this place always go to the Citadel location. Dani the new manger has been improving the customer service since the departure of the poor management before her. Erin on the other hand is absolutely AMAZING I love shopping with her and sometimes she shops for me by contacting me about new items that have come in based on my style, she has taken the time to learn my taste 8n fashion. If the Buckle had not brought these ladies in I'd be shopping elsewhere ~Daniel, CO.

This was my first time at Buckle and I will say, phenomenal customer service and very friendly associates. I came in looking for an outfit for photos with my boyfriend and Ashly was very helpful. She greeted me right away and asked if I needed help with anything and I had mentioned looking for an outfit for some professional pictures. She picked out some super cute outfits and got me into a changing room, asking if I was doing ok and if I needed help with anything else. A few of the outfits weren’t really to my liking, however, Ashly did her best and picked the perfect outfit for me to wear. I was really blown away. Through the pandemic, it’s been difficult to go out shopping due to changing room circumstances, hour cutbacks, and just the general stress from employees which I fully understand, but Ashly went above and beyond and kept that smile on her face throughout my shopping experience. She even paired my outfit with earrings and a necklace. At checkout, she wrote down her name and the style of jeans I had tried on previously, fell in love with, but did not buy. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this Buckle store located in the mall.

My wife and I came to the mall to find something to wear out to the club since it’s been a very long time since we’ve been out anywhere.

We went into Buckle to look around. We weren’t expecting to buy anything because their prices can be pretty high.

We were looking around when Mallory greeting us. Asked us what she could do for us and then totally took over. We described what ideas we had and without another word she turned around and got to work.

She listened to what we were thinking of regarding what to wear, she added input, she went back and forth finding different things probably 30+ times. She just absolutely went above and beyond anything we have ever experienced.

We felt bad cuz in the middle of her helping us we asked to speak with the manager and she thought she was gonna be in trouble.

We spoke with the manager, Dani, and made it a point to commend Mallory for her amazing service.

Mallory deserves a lot of recognition. I know that with tensions being high in our current pandemic situation there are a lot of unpleasant people to interact with and I know how difficult that can be.

But Mallory if you read this just know that you were excellent and we have been talking about our experience all day today. Thank you for making our day. We wish you nothing but the best and encourage you to keep being you.

I've been shopping at this store for years. My absolute favorite sales person is Kia. She always makes shopping very easy, with no pressure. She always has fantastic recommendations for me! Now, I call ahead to tell her I'm coming in and she pulls stuff aside for me and my husband. She makes shopping so easy for us and we love her for it!

I absolutely love this place and probably an 1/8 of a very large wardrobe came from this store. Every employee treats you like a friend. They know me and my style and always have something new for me to try on when I go in usually every month. I've never walked out of the store without purchasing something.... usually it's actually somethings....worth every penny.... for the quality of the clothing, I find their prices to be really good.... just know that in the store in woman's sizes they don't carry plus sizes and I haven't seen shirts larger than XL. Not sure what's available online size wise, but wanted to give heads up on sizes available in store that I saw. If I'm wrong on sizes available in store, please correct me. I would hate to give wrong info...

I've been in and out of shops all day looking for a new pair of Jean's. I went up north, starting at the chapel hills mall and couldn't find anything anywhere. Stopped by a few more places on my way to the citadel and still found nothing. In an effort find me something wearable, I decided to make my final stop at the buckle having no luck anywhere else. I was not even in the store for 30 seconds before we were approached by a very nice lady named Dani. Within minutes, she had me in a pair of Jean's that fit like a glove! Not just one pair, but a couple. She really knew what she was doing and what she was looking for. Out of all the stores I've visited today, this os the ONLY store that offered assistance to me. I will definitely be back to this specific location. Thanks Dani for your time and help, you are a blessing!

Jess, Mallory, and Isaac did an amazing job helping me as soon as I walked in the store! Honestly, they’re the most friendly and helpful workers in the ENTIRE mall. I am Pleased with my experience with Buckle, which will continue to be my go to store when I shop at the Citadel Mall.

I can never find jeans that fit me and the sales associate was so helpful grabbing different sizes and different styles till we found the perfect jeans! But of course me being 5'3" they were too long so imagine my delight when she said they would hem them for free!

I'm really impressed with this store. The employees have the best customer service I've experienced. They offer you what they call the Buckle Experience. I've been in the Chapel Hills store plenty of times and was never given the knowledge I received here. I definitely recommend shopping here!
