German Motors on Simms Street is an excellent place to have your Benz serviced as they are knowledgeable and very efficient in their service. They follow up with you after the work is completed to make sure all is well. Their expertise and the time they take with you personally to explain what is needed is indicative of their professionalism. I’d like to thank all of you for your service.

I have a 2003 SL55 AMG, and a 2015 ML 350. I have had both of them serviced by German Motors, and have been pleased by the fast efficient, and friendly service. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend. I have a Mercedes that we put less than 5k miles on per year. The dealership in Westminster quoted the maintenance at $3,900 and we wanted a second opinion. German motors was honest about what needed replaced and charged us less than $600, even providing a military veteran's discount I didn't request. Awesome customer service, we will get our car serviced here for now on.

The work they did was great. Usually they are good with updates but not this time. They kept my car for 3 days, and I needed to call them to find out status. Had no idea they needed it for 3 much less overnight.

Update: Zach explained what happened. Definitely a one off. They made it right and retained a customer. I would not hesitate to use Zach and crew again. Rerated to 5 star.

Zack and Nial at German Motors have provided excellent customer service over the past 3.5 years. The team at German Motors has replaced on my Mercedes-Benz GL450 the fuel injector, twin turbos, brake pads & rotors, oil change, alignment/rotation, air filters, and fluids. Zack is highly communicative, honest, and knowledgeable.

We have been using this facility to up keep our Mercedes. Great service and more cost-effective than the dealership. Nial is awesome every time I call. Great job!!

Best Mercedes service I've ever had!! On my 7th both in FL and CO. The shop.is neat as a pin, the staff also is neat, organized, knowledgeable, very friendly and my services are always done on time and at or less than estimates. Often they've done things for free such as rescuing me and my car (with 2 flat tires), picking my car up transporting to and from.my home (bout 20 miles each way, and so much more. Never have I had a more honest and professional.auto service provider!!

I purchased my used Mercedes in 2019. I have used German Motors ever since. Zack and Nial are honest, professional, and personable. They greet me saying my name. Before they start working on my car I am presented with a quote that usually is the amount of the bill. The technicians do high quality work. Never had a problem! My car is fixed in a reasonable amount of time while I wait in their clean lobby. I highly recommend German Motors!

Hi there I have three Mercedes Benz I have a GLK, GLC, and an AMG. ML. I have had service done on these cars at Mercedes-Benz of Denver and Mercedes-Benz of Littleton and I both places I’ve ran into issues where the tech missed diagnosed, incorrectly replace, or break things with out fixing parts on my cars. One place replace the windshield and it ended up leaking months later and they charged top dollar. Out of sheer frustration. I tried German motors and I have never gone back to any of the dealerships. They are less expensive and they do a great job with actual Mercedes parts.. and the repair work shows up on the Carfax. Save a little bit of money, but save a lot headache I recommend them.

I had a situation in which a ‘tire only’ shop blamed the ‘previous people that rotated your tires’ for cross threading the lug nuts on our Mercedes. I returned to German Motors to confirm the situation. Zack and team never batted an eye - EVEN though they had NOT cross threaded the lug nuts! They simply investigated and confirmed there was no cross threading to the existing lug nuts in question. Then drove to the tire shop themselves and got the remaining 4th/new tire and installed it! No questions, no charges. It would be wonderful if every service shop was this customer first oriented!
Zach and team have a customer for life! The tire shop could certainly take a page from GM!!! Apparently there is still one customer first auto shop in Denver at German Motors.

German Motors is awesome and they really had the experience needed for my classic Mercedes Benz. I love this place and I feel that anyone with a Mercedes Benz should definitely take their business here. Zach the shop manager is one of the coolest people you will meet.

I recommend German Motors as my local repair shop since the original warranty expired 4 years ago. Their service has been done as promised and the prices are fair. In one case they were able to show that a local brake shop misrepresented, the kinds of pads that were on the car in order to sell how much more expensive brake job using non-recommended pads. For that, they have earned my trust and strongly recommend the shop. At 99k miles, headlamp went out, and while they had some difficulty they charged me for the part and not for the extra time spent. I’ve been very happy with the work and never had to bring the car for rework.

These guys are great! They don’t charge for unnecessary service or parts and are always prompt and communicative. Can’t recommend them enough.

German Motors is far and away, the best place for maintenance and repair for any new or vintage Mercedes Benz. The techs are extremely knowledgeable, and the shop is very clean and organized. The shop also features a 4 wheel alignment machine, so then will ensure your Mercedes tracks straight down the road.
