The selection and stock levels in the fish department here far outweigh the closest PetCo. The fish tank plant selection was much larger as well.

I also got help right away here, although it was busier. There was generally more staff and the person I worked with was friendly and accommodating.

The staff radio communication needs to change somehow. This was almost a constant distraction.

I absolutely love this store. The employees from management to cashiers to banfield are kind, caring and truly want to help. As with any place of employment, there are always one or two employees who don’t want to work in the same way or help the customer, but it is RARE that you find an employee who won’t drop what they are doing to help you. I work in customer service as well and I applaud these employees and their management teams. I wish there was an easier way to send a compliment up to corporate but I haven’t been able to find a way this far: I just would love to see credit given where it is clearly due.

Banfield Veterinary Hospital and Clinic on Parker and Chambers Rd, in Aurora, is the best. Great customer service and caring technicians and doctors. We travel across town because its beyond worth it for our 10 yr old doggie, Bug. Dr. Gartland and Dr. Kay are amazing. Andre Diaz is the best at keeping Bug calm and comfortable. We hope we can continue to see them all as Bug puts another 10 years behind his belt.😜❤🐄

When asking the staff a question about my pet, they gave their honest opinions and helped me reason through what litter box I should purchase for my picky cat. All the other staff were nice to me too, and the place was spotless. Will definitely come back for all my pet needs :)

I don’t write any reviews but had to make sure I wrote one for him specifically. PetSmart hadn’t properly stocked their items and made it very confusing, Alex made it just right. If it wasn’t for him i would not be giving 5 stars. Thank you Alex!

Moved out of state ten months ago and waited to 10 months to review for my honest experience with the store and the grooming salon. Store: friendly and sincere workers; stocked shelves (not easy with post Covid and grain shortages); quick to open new cashier line and good selection of dog toy products. Grooming salon: KRISSY! KRISSY! KRISSY! So glad we found you Krissy. 9 Lb, 9 year old toy poodle, bath/full haircut or bath/trim every five weeks. Every visit Tabby's cut is just perfect and she smells good, too. Every. Visit. Easy to book online and recommend booking next appointment soon as Krissy does fill up quickly. Thank you Krissy for loving my dog and keeping her groomed. Christine Murphy

My pup LOVES going into to see her "friends" at this Petsmart. The employees always greet her and tell her how cute she is all while finding a treat or two for her 🥰

The LOD I believe his name was Isaiah was very helpful and kind while helping my nephew and I out. Facility was clean, the other employees with sweet as well. Overall a great few minute shopping experience, this will be my new location for the future

They always do such a great job cutting my dog's nails for me and they always treat us all like we are long time friends. It is so refreshing.
