King Soopers

The store is kept very clean and organized. If I need to run in for a last-minute item, I can usually do so without waiting in line at checkout, and they have multiple self-checkouts too.
They have an excellent selection of fruits, vegetables, meat, and seafood, in addition to personal care items, plants, pet care, and school supplies. I utilize the pharmacy as well and have been happy with their services thus far, making this store a great all-in-one stop to save me valuable time and energy.

I love this King Soopers location!!! The employees are always SUPER friendly and helpful!! The store is very clean and I can always find what I'm looking for at a great price!!!

I had the pleasure to meet Thea in the Deli this week. She is knowledgeable about King Soopers products and is very friendly.

You don't have many employees that smile or are friendly and happy to work with customers. It would be a better shopping experience if your employees didn't look so miserable.

Pick-up staff is incredible! Peggy, Spencer, Shakeeb are all so wonderful and friendly. They make life with two little kids easy because my groceries are always fresh and correct. Thank you all for everything you do!

Clean store with a good selection and a friendly team! I primarily shop online and pick up my groceries on a weekly basis. The team that handles online orders is awesome - my orders are very rarely late and when they are, they're very good about keeping in communication as to what's going on and when you can expect your order. They're also very good about substitutions and I feel that they take great care when picking out and bagging up my groceries, which I greatly appreciate! Definitely one of the best if not the best King Soopers locations I've ever been to!

I would like management to know and acknowledge the superior service of Peggy in pick up orders. I’ve been picking my orders up Friday evenings since pre covid. Peggy is the best! I hope your company appreciates her!

Even though this is a smaller store, I love it. A number of the employees are extra helpful and I always appreciate their great attitudes and willingness to help. Shopping at this location is always pleasant.

This store location is the same as every other location. King Soopers is a great place to go for weekly grocery shopping.

I like going to King Soopers. They have a wide variety of name-brand and Kroger Brand. Great market to shop at always courteous staff

This is a fun King Soopers. Today was another 'grand reopening' for this store. They pulled up all the floor tile, buffed the concrete and moved everything around. And stocked the shelves the way should always be. This morning there were so many vendors and Kroger management employees, you couldn't shop. Of course, not one mask on any of them. So much for the safety of the customers. They were all standing around drinking the free coffee and eating the donuts that were supposed to be for the employees. Amazingly, the regular store employees were still working hard. The employees in the deli and bakery are always wonderful. They just worked around hoopla. Always very helpful. The store only had one checkout lane opened and of course, a long line. The poor employee was going as fast as she could. Such a dear woman. Finally though, they opened another lane. The best thing though about today was that the store was well stocked. Finally! The employees said they worked all night to get it ready for today. And they did a great job! Thank you to them. For the first time since the pandemic, we could purchase everything on our list. Usually the store shelves are half empty and when you ask about the product, they say supply chain issues. This morning contradicted that. The store looked perfect and clean for the 'grand reopening'. First time ever. Amazing how all the products showed up suddenly. Not one blank shelf or aisle. But to be fair - the employees work hard here and they advised us that the store just doesn't get the stock needed. And not enough employees either. Management issue. Anyway, today was great. We shopped around all the vendors and Kroger management drinking coffee and donuts and purchased everything on our list for the first time since the pandemic started! They should have a 'grand reopening' every week. Then we could guarantee the store would be well stocked!

A decent King Sooper, up to the usual standard. They had the good deals I expect from them, especially in their deli area, and I have no complaints. They didn't give me any trouble about eating the food I bought from them in front of the store after I purchased it.

Thea in the Deli was the so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was looking for. What a great experience

Man I drove pass this king soopers for 4 yrs never gone inside but finally did a few days ago it's now my favorite store staff is amazing clean store veggies are always right fruits also

So my pup was put on meds that require cooked chicken with no additions. *J* with the permission of supervisor, cooked the chicken so my puppy could eat asap. With great conversations, the employee thought that I was joking with him to strike up conversation until he realized I wasn’t leaving. They, “*J* and the supervisor” were quick to take action to make sure that what was needed was a unique situation that was doable. I was not treated as a customer, but seen like family and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. When we all go through something unique to us, we need compassion and understanding. King Soopers is awesome in itself, but the encounter today drove home that people see shoppers as people and not another “Customer”. Come here and have some laughs with *J*.

Leaving this review for Peggy and the pick up order team. This store is so lucky to have her. The customer service she provides is beyond exceptional. I can't thank you all enough for always making pick up orders so easy and convenient.

I have always been very happy with the service and quality of products at this King Soopers. Now I have to say a big THANK YOU to all the staff for keeping on the job during these challenging times. I truly appreciate their continued dedication and hard work to keep shelves stocked, check out lines short as possible, and to keep everyone safe.

The assistant manager Tara and every employee who worked yesterday March 15th is a rock star. They were polite, friendly and helpful even with atrocious conditions in most neighborhoods and on Parker road.

The store had a ton of employees who couldn't make it in because of the snow.

They had as many items available as possible and stayed open to allow people to purchase groceries despite a huge amount of snow on Sunday.

Tara helped me find something I needed and was incredibly nice.
