Despite loving to “shop around for the best deals”, I’m a repeat customer at Legacy & Co. I’ve known Dan for 6 years. He’s is personable, professional and patient. Over the years he’s helped me with out of town adult kids, finding their dream rings. Now it’s my turn. My engagement ring is GORGEOUS & Unique, unlike anything we saw at cookie cutter retailers. So, of course, we would come back to look for a ring for my groom to be. And Dan and his staff did not disappoint. I can’t recommend them all highly enough. Needed a clasp on my necklace replaced, I called about 5 other shops and they either had a two week waiting period or would not measure and weigh it before taking it. I called Legacy up and they had no problem at weighing and measuring my necklace for me and got it done for me same day saving me a trip back to town for it. I was so thankful that I was able to find Legacy & Co. I went to multiple jewelry shops for an engagement ring and no one even acknowledged me until I told them my budget, not Legacy. When I walked in I felt very welcomed. They genuinely cared and wanted to celebrate this new chapter of my fiance’s and my life. They made it an enjoyable experience giving us recommendations on how to pick the right one for us and what to look out for. I personally didn’t know much about diamonds and their specs but they helped walk me through and help me pick the right one. This experience went so well that I decided to get my ring there also. Even though it has been months since I went in, they still remembered us.

I came to Legacy looking for a custom piece, using stones from rings my dad has given me. Dan, Matt, and Co. went above and beyond what I could imagine. They treated me like family and were so kind, thoughtful, and creative. They jumped on board with my vision and created something more beautiful than I could have imagined. Legacy & Co. Jewelers was very friendly and inviting. I brought a ring in that had a loose diamond. Dan took the time to look at it, clean, and adjust the prongs to better secure the diamond. He also recommended one of his jewelers to look at it to do a more thorough job at securing the rest of the diamonds on the ring. I would definitely recommend Legacy & Co. Jewelers to anyone who is looking for fantastic customer service that treats you like family.

Recently, I bought a ring from legacy and had some other jewelry inspected. It was a good experience and I felt comfortable leaving my jewelry behind while work was done. They are trustworthy just as the recommendations I received said. I will return when I need repair again.

Kind, professional, humble. If they don’t have what you want in stock, they’ll order it and make sure it’s perfect. Wife and I stopped in to replace a wedding band (Great match! See pic). Staff was friendly to us and our 4-year-old daughter.

I came in with my fiance to look for an engagement ring and wedding bands. This was our third stop and my previous experiences were to be asked what jewelry I liked (I didn't really know), have four or five rings selected from what designs the store carried, and then get a pretty hard sales pitch. Legacy & Co. were completely the opposite. They were very patient with us (I'm an indecisive person and had never made a big jewelry purchase before, so I had a lot of questions). They had an enormous selection of vintage pieces that were exquisite and they showed me tray after tray of rings to help me find what styles I was drawn to the most and what looked the best on me. They even let me go outside with my two favorite rings to see them in natural light!
I finally settled on a delicate vintage ring that I adored, but it had some kind of illusion centerpiece (a small diamond set in this silver dish kind of setting to make the stone look bigger) that we wanted to replace. The owner brought out several loose stones of different cuts and sizes to help us choose a perfect new diamond. He didn't push us towards the biggest, most expensive one - he really helped us find the right one for the ring.
We were informed that the in-house jewelers might not be able to use a setting that would completely match the vintage settings of the other small diamonds on the ring (for strength reasons and to secure the larger diamond better). Still, I believed they would do their best to make the ring beautiful no matter what and we went ahead. The NEXT DAY the ring was ready and it was PERFECT! The jeweler was able to do a milled setting after all and it was an exact match with the rest of the ring. The larger diamond fit in like it was the diamond that was always meant to be there and I feel like they helped me find the ring I was meant to have! I cried in the car on the way home I was so happy!
From their huge selection, I was also able to find a wedding band that perfectly compliments the engagement ring and looks stunning on its own.
I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I walked in with a broken chain with sentimental value. I was met with professional and cordial service and walked out with my chain fixed in a timely manner. The soldering done was excellent. I'm glad I came to Legacy for the broken chain and recommend checking this place out for repairs.

Dan answered all of our questions when I wanted to add my mom's original diamonds from her wedding ring to mine he explained what would need to be done. When we got it back it was better than I expected I was so happy with it! I would recommend this jeweler to anyone I know!
