Was looking for a professional who knows how to perm. Niccole offered that she was able to provide a perm.

When I got the perm, my rollers were put on sideways (in alignment how my hair lays). I knew this wasn't going to add the volume I so appreciate with a perm. I didn't say anything because I didn't feel comfortable. She seemed nervous. My rollers were not stacked, therefore my perm has come out very "mop" like and it is impossible to style appropriately. Lastly, my hair looks quite unnatural because she used the biggest sized rollers on the bottom back side of my head (where natural curly hair is most curly) just above your neck. Lastly, my has was over processed (I have numerous tiny hairs that were once long).

Niccole was nice enough. I don't recommend a perm with her.
