Fiesta Guadalajara

We came here on Christmas Eve and are we glad we did!! The crispy chile relleno was one of the best I have had and the chimichanga was stuffed full of shredded beef. Also their whole beans were flavorful. Portions were huge. We definitely will be back when in Montrose!!! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming!!

Stopped in for beer and nachos. Ordered the deluxe nachos, and they didn't disappoint. Some of the best nachos that I have had in a long time.

Staff was friendly. Manager was sociable, Fernando. Nice decor. Outside and inside seating.

Wonderful experience. We had 1 server/owner? He did an amazing job keeping up with every table on his own and the food was perfect! Would highly reccomend.

best red sauce ive had at a restaurant in a long time. good prices for what you get everyone in my group enjoyed the food.
warning, though, sometimes they put sour cream and guac on dishes where it is not stated in the menu, so its necessary to request they hold these sides even when there was no indication they would be on a given dish
(it basically ruined my tostada and i only got to eat about half my food bc of it, which was sad. i spent the meal wishing id ordered something with that delicious red sauce instead.)

Our favorite mexican dinner place. We always end up taking home leftovers for another meal. For those that enjoy margaritas.. don't order the "medium" size if you are a light weight or driving. It's enough for 2 people to share. The large size is like a very big fish bowl.. overkill lol. Staff is awesome, food is awesome, the whole place is awesome!

The carne asada and enchiladas were great. The salsa has the right amount of heat and acid. Friendly staff, reasonable prices large portions. We definitely will be going back.

The best carne asada I’ve had. As important as this is to my husband and I, even more so is the kindness that the owner shows to his patrons. Eat here and be happy.

Delicious food and great service. I had the chicken and mushrooms with sour cream sauce and it was delicious. Some of the best refried beans I've ever tasted too. Service was quick and friendly and the price was great too. Definitely recommend!

Fiesta Guadalajara is Mexican food. It is mild, so you can add the a.ount of hot or spiciness to your meal. The decor was very nice. Bathroom were clean. Staff was friendly.

Love this place, the ladies where super nice to me that day, it was my first time and I'm planning to come again. Keep it up girls. God the food was amazing. I highly recommend this place people, a little pricey but great food.
And by the way, the nacho sauce was delicious and chunky, love it.

Love coming here, my daughter and I loved our dinner this evening. The food is tasty, the service is equally enjoyable. We’ll always be back!

My new favorite place. Nice booths, great food and super service. The place is set up really nice. Will be back

2nd time there and food was excellent. Waitress never came back to see if everything was ok, or to even ask if we wanted anything else. She didn't show up until she brought the bill.
