I just moved here to Montrose and my car was having some problems. I went to one other shop in town and quoted me over $4200 for a long list of things needed to resolve the problem. I had a bad feeling about it, and decided to try for another quote and found this AMAZING shop! Their customer service was beyond exceptional, and were very thorough with my Honda to only find just $400 worth of work needed to be done. The biggest thing I LOVED is I was told, “I don’t feel comfortable selling you something that your car does NOT NEED”. Missy and the rest of the team y’all are amazing! Honest, Affordable, and fantastic staff. Looking forward to doing my usual maintenance services here moving forward!

Josh and misty made sure that every detail was taken care of when we brought our car in. What I like is that? They know you by name and they treat you as an individual and not as a number. They stand behind their work and always go the extra mile. So far, this shop has exceeded all my expectations. Auto-repair is expensive anywhere and they let you know right up front. What it will cost. And if anything comes up, they call you. They'll cut you a break if they can. And let you know if they see anything coming up. That's going to go wrong. I think they have a pretty darn good crew. Thank you guys and gals. I think you're the best in town..

Tory was great- she got me an appointment the same day that I called to swap my summer tires for studded winter tires as a new storm was bearing down. The staff also checked and topped off the fluids and made sure my brakes were good. Very efficient and professional experience. I have been using these guys for years and the staff are all very trustworthy and helpful.

They had very knowledgeable mechanics that did not just start replacing parts they hunted down the root cause of the problem in order to reduce cost. Incredibly helpful ,dedicated staff. As much as a bummer it is to have my new truck in the shop, I believe it is in very good hands!

It was really a wonderful staff to get my existing snow Blizack tires. The woman staff person, sorry I forget her name, she’s very tall. She was caring and helpful and happy to explain. I won’t ever go again to Turner Tacoma again.

I really like that girl that works up front. she is polite and moreover very knowledgeable! they take pics of needed repairs and blew dirt off my brakes and did not charge me for the visit!!

We had an emergency with our pickup while on a trip to Montrose. Called a few places that were all booking out 1-2 weeks out. Here they got us in 2 days after I called.

Not only did thry get us in quickly, they fought with our pickup most of the day (Have to love rust from New England winters and salt) and I was dreading rhe bill. When It was finally finished I was shocked when I went to pay... at how little it actually cost. A lot of places would use this situation to make some extra $ from you, but not here.

If we lived in Montrose we would use them as our regular mechanic gladly, and if we ever have trouble on another trip this will be the first place we call!

One of the best there is in Montrose a few years ago and they were great people, I hope to return so they can continue helping me with my car.

We were on vacation out of state and had a blow out/ruined tire. Decided to get a proper set of replacements. We called ahead to these folks and had and afternoon appointment. At our arrival they dug in and took old tires off. As the day was coming to a close, they discovered that their supplier truck turned around to go home without delivering our ordered tires. We were stuck there and they had us over a barrel. Instead of screwing us, they gave a good price on a different set of tires on hand that would fit the bill. They very quickly had those tires mounted after closing hours to get us on our way. Thanks.
