I was able to view the vehicles online first to determine what I was looking for. I looked a several different dealers in Montrose region however it lead me back to Nissan. I have owned two Nissan vehicles prior to purchasing this one. When I arrived to the lot, I was greeted and assisted quickly. My sales person, Manual Vargas, was very patient and eager to help because my son doesn't like change. He understood the need to allow my son to take time on deciding what felt right for him. I was able to come back a week later, due to illness, to purchase the car that fit my family's needs.

Very attentive and helpful and understanding. The mechanic made a difficult decision much easier to make and he was not pushy or anything. He was honest and didn't try to get me to spend money on anything else that he could have easily done.

Billy made purchasing a vehicle super easy, we were able to come to a deal quickly, wire funds, and e-sign. I then flew in and they picked me for from the airport and sent me on my way in my new truck with a full tank of fuel and DEF fluid.

Excellent experience with Montrose Ford. Brody was a top notch communicator answering text, call, and emails quickly and professionally. If I had a question (which I had a lot) he had answers ready or found someone who had the answer. Brody never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of; he gave all the info to me straight and kept lines of communication open and honest. We have avoided the Montrose Nissan because we have heard bad reviews but we brought 2 vehicles in for recalls and Mike was amazing to deal with. Since then we have scheduled some major repairs for the same two vehicles and there has been great communication! Thanks

Everything went well. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to check out a couple of leaks. It turned out the leaks were a lot more involved than I thought. Luckily I had an extended warranty. Moy jumped through all of hoops to get everything thing covered. I feel that things were handled very well.

I just purchased a used 2021 ford truck. Not only is the thing beautiful, but the service in Montrose was impeccable. Over the course of about 2 weeks Marvin was a great salesman and was always available to discuss trucks. I’ve been working with Mike and Montrose Ford for about 14 years now, and have always enjoyed their willingness to accommodate appointments around my schedule. I live about 2-hours away in Rico, and they have always worked with me on fitting my appointments in and dropping off/picking up after hours so well that I will never use another service company for my Ford or wife’s Nissan. They provide great mechanical service fir my 14-year old vehicle, having replaced the engine for me once, and also keep out cars safe with studded winter tires and all-terrain summer tires for all the extreme conditions we encounter in our area.

Wow what a perfectly painless and actually enjoyable experience buying a car from Marvin and the team at Montrose Ford and Nissan. We arrived from 2 hours away. We were met by a cheerful Marvin Howze where he had our gleaming beauty ready for us to test drive. After a spirited whisk around the neighborhood we couldn’t help but to be smitten by this wispy little Mini Cooper. Well that was that and after hashing out a few numbers, we settled on a price where I think we both won and isn’t that the way your morning at the dealership should go? No complaints here. Was quite impressed with how fast everything went. Marvin helped us tremendously with our truck. It was snowing pretty bad when we looked at car in lot. He answered all our questions and was really nice. I will definitely go back later on for a bronco.
