I ordered micro clover, but I'm doubting what I received was micro clover. Micro clover is low growing (4-6 inches high) with smaller leaves than standard white clover. White clover grow 6-8 inches high with larger leaves. My lawn is eight inches high and the leaves are an inch and a half across, and this is growing in just topsoil, no fertilizer added. The first photo shows the micro clover leaf on the left and a red clover leaf on the right. There is not much difference between the leaf size, but I will add the red clover is a foot tall. The second picture the micro clover is again on the left and a white clover leaf from a weed patch on my property on the right. The micro clover leaf is much bigger. I will say dealing with the company was good. The product did grow, and the lawn filled in nicely. The only issue is the clover is much taller than expected, and I'm a little worried how it will respond to being mowed down to 4 inches.

UPDATE: Brandon From Rocky Mountain BioAg reached out to me today to talk with me about the issue/concern I had with the micro clover seed I purchased. He explained to me that they had one other customer who had the same issue with the clover growing higher than expected and he confirmed with their supplier that they received only micro clover seed. He asked me several questions about how I was maintaining the clover, and provided a lot of information that I couldn't find about growing clover lawns. I explained I hadn't yet mowed the clover because I had to over seed two areas so I was waiting for that seed to get bigger. He told me that the clover will grow taller than the 6 inches; it's supposed to if it is not mowed. The mowing causes the clover to push shoot out instead of up, and the plants will also produce smaller leaves. I set my mower to the highest setting to not shock the clover and mowed the lawn. From the attached pictures you can see it's a little uneven, but I will mow it lower next time. I will update this if the results are different than what Brandon explained. Brandon also told me to contact him if there are any other issues or questions.

I changed my rating above from a 3 star to a 5 star due mainly to the customer service I received from Brandon. If every company stood behind their product and made sure their customers were happy with the product the way Brandon did, we wouldn't need reviews of product. If you are considering changing your lawn to a clover lawn, this is the company to get your seed from. The customer service was above and beyond any company I have dealt with.

Suuuuuper fast custy service & I love supporting local business here in CO - can’t wait to get some micro clover ground cover in between the paving stones of my garden and will update later w photos of the progress!

Bought a pound of Microclover seeds - there was a problem with the first shipment (mainly Fedex issue), but the matter was quickly resolved by their Excellent custom service. Just starting to get germination in some patches - will update the review when I have more results (might not be until next spring). Overall happy with the purchase experience, and the effort they put in to resolve the shipping issue.

Wife and I were embarrassed of our yard and also hated that our dogs came in covered in dust daily…..so we started researching options to utilize. We came across this company on Reddit and Google and decided to give it a go. Dudeeeee I’ll be honest, I took the laziest route possible….I mowed the “grass” as low as possible, got a cheap seed spreader from Lowes, added the seed and walked it around the yard. I followed up by spraying it with a liquid worm casting. That is all. No raking, no tilling, nothing more. I’d say our photos speak for itself. I also did this during a time when the weather was getting colder….still have lots of new growth. Very happy, very pleased.

And, our garden group was so excited to see our garden grow after 6 years of struggling to grow veggies in our very sandy Crestone, CO soil. This has been the best year ever, since we started using RM BioAg fertilizer. The 444 has built our soil up like never before and the liquid fertilizer supported plant growth all summer long. We had a beautiful crop of things we could never grow before. I would highly recommend these products! We are now a smiling garden group :-))

This is the second year our garden group has used products from Rocky Mountain BioAG. We continue to be amazed at the results. Our soil is much richer, due to the 444 organic fertilizer & our greens this time of year are amazing! We are on our 6th weekly harvest! Spinach leaves are as big as our hands! Our routine is… harvest one day; fertilize with Quantum Growth liquid fertilizer the next; and presto the plants start growing back immediately…in a day or two you can’t even tell that we harvested! We have very happy gardeners. Six households took home 6 grocery sacks full of assorted lettuce greens, arugula, mustard green, Bok choi, brazing greens, beet greens, Swiss chard. And, we still had enough to share with neighbors in need. As…a picture tells a thousand words…I will stop here and let you see for yourself. 😊

These guys shipped the product quickly and I received it in about one day. I have a 20’ plus tall blue spruce that got diseased that I have been treating since spring of last year. It now shows tremendous new growth and vibrant healthy new needles. I’ve been watching my neighbors blue spruce and comparing their diseased tree to mine. Sadly, their tree is nearly dead and mine has rebounded in health considerably! I offered to help my neighbors save their spruce tree but they are ignorant hillbillies and declined my help. Sucks to be them!

A few years ago, I had one of the worst lawns in the neighborhood. Since I've use Quantum from Rocky Mountain Bio Ag, I have become the envy of the neighborhood. Just as important, you can actually phone them, a LIVE HUMAN answers the phone and readily shares his knowledge and experience with you. Such a pleasure working with these guys! I wish they had six stars as a selection!

My seed was a bit slow to establish. I do not have a green thumb, and I think I made the mistake of sowing the seed too early when soil temps were still too low. It’s been a year now, though, and it’s looking pretty good! The clover is growing like crazy. Definitely staying way more green in the hot mountain sun than my neighbors yards:)

Haven't planted my seed yet but the customer service has been outstanding. I feel confident if I have any problems going forward they will take care of me. After tearing everything up to replace our sewer main I'm looking forward to finally having a lawn again, and healthier this time with the micro-clover!

I was blown away by the personalized email. Fabulous customer service, speedy delivery, and I loved the little gift that came with the seeds. I have not had a chance to put my mini clover seed down but will post an update.

This micro clover mix is great I'm seeing germs after only 3 days. The key to any seeding is getting soil right before seeding. My front yard is very difficult to grow grass due to a large tree in the front yard that takes a lot of the water but also gives my yard the true sun/shade so it's been a challenge finding the right seed. if the micro clover does well and the tall fescue doesn't I may have to convert my yard to an all clover yard.

Just recieved my first order. I just wanted to try some of the Tick Killz to see if it knocks down the bugs here in Georgia. I haven't used the product yet, but my hopes are high.

I purchased micro clover seed to over seed my lawn in hopes of improving drought tolerance and reduce or perhaps eliminate the need to water. I am very happy with how quickly the micro clover seeds germinated and find the little clover so delightful.
