Specifically I worked with Cody Notch over there. Even though this guy is a Denver native, I was still surprised by how well he knew every neighborhood in the city. I don't think I ever saw him even need to use a map. He used his contacts to find us a solid lender and his charm to get us a better price. Pretty solid work.
